FPS

Hi All...bit of a noob at UT but I have UT goty(99) and want to play a few friends.

When I play on the computer my FPS is at about 80-170 which is brilliant.Yet when someby connects or if I connect to them....it drops to 10-20 and makes the game unplayable and jerky.

Any ideas?

I have an Nvidia geforce4 mx440 with agp8x

AMD athlon xp 2000+ 1.67 GHz
512 ram
run XP service pack 2

UT version 451
(friends have no problems yet I have probs when being the server OR joining)
