Well, I'd say at 18 years old I've had it pretty good thus far, having driven my dad's 1992 Porsche Carrera 4, and his 2005 Porsche Carrera S which he just recently replaced with a 2006 Porsche Carrera S Cabriolet... I've also driven a 1999 Boxster, but that feels like a little kid comparatively...
Today my dad's friend came over and let me drive his 348 TS, which was just insane...I'm not sure it could keep up with the Carrera S, but it sure was fun. The ****** is really different from anything I've ever tried, with the clutch engaging just barely from where it sits when you're not touching it, probably about an inch. The shift pattern was also different from a Porsche, with 1 sitting down where 2 normally would on most American cars, and 2 sitting next to reverse....but man, the thing could move, and it cornered so tight...sitting really low and wide. I love the gated shifter, once I got into the swing of it I actually think I preferred it....still need to try something with paddles...
I'm not sure if I'd take it over a Porsche though...guess I need to drive a Modena still. ;)
What's the best driving experience you guys have ever had?

Murcielago Roadster rental, in Las Vegas and Beverly Hills. In Beverly Hills, it's nice but there's no place to put power down. Vegas, however, is another story. When you drive to outskirts and let it loose, it's a mean machine.
Given the friend who came with me had a Diablo SV for the travel in Vegas, he was pretty fast off the line. But the Murc. was just a dream. Wind in my hair at 110Mph, and a big 48-valve V12 with 575Bhp screaming at redline before 2nd shift is just an amazing experience (even though the SV was much louder). Now I've "driven" a Diablo before, but not successfully. For a car with less power than the Murcielago and even in a VT model, the power putdone is just a whole lot faster than the Murcielago. Slight taps cause a jumpy start, and I'm surprised my friend could drive one, let alone a SV model, as well as he did.
I haven't driven many Ferraris, so I'm not an expert in them, but I've driven two 360 Modenas, which I didn't like, a 456GT which was pretty cool and a 550 Barchetta. My personal favourite was the 550 Barchetta in Black, which was just a beautiful car to look at.
I have to admit, I'm more of a Porsche man than Ferrari or Lamboghini. I'd like to save up for the new 997 Porsche Turbo.

lol best thing ive driven is a 2003 ford thunderbird...but hey i thought that was a pretty cool experience...of course im just 16 and just got my license 6 months ago...tbird was pretty powerful though, it was awesome
Used to have a '56 Thunderbird, I would send pictures of it to my friend in American and he'd cry because it's RHD. Beautiful car, I like the new one, but the older 'birds were pretty awesome cars.
It was hard to believe this T-Bird has stuff like power seats, windows, steering, etc. even though it was built in the 50's. I really love the '59 Caddy Eldorados too. I'm a sucker for those classic cars.

Getting to drive some of my dad's hot rods over the years has been the most fun. Instead of explaining them, I'll just post their names and pics.

im a valet driver at a hotel and the most notable cars ive got to drive are a bently continental gt, porsche 911 turbo s ('06 i think), aston martin v8 vantage, c6 corvette, c5 z06 corvette, masaratti (forget the model, 2dr coupe with seating for 4), m3 (coupe w/ smg and a vert with 6spd), mercedes sl55amg s65amg, e55amg, slk32amg, a 05 mustang gt, plenty of older mustang gt's and ls1 camaros, an rx-8, bmw 765i, a couple z4's and z3's, a h1 hummer, and plenty of boring lexus's, acuras, 3-series bmws and suburbans, no ferraris or lambos though, but of corse i cant drive them like i would like because if the owners found out i would lose my job, except for the 05 mustang gt, the owner told me not to drive it like a ***** so i got on it when i drove it :)

Xr8 - "I'd like to save up for the new 997 Porsche Turbo."
xr8 - Im A Member Of The PCA and Got the Chance to do a Track Day With the New Turbo At Mid-Ohio ..... IF your Looking For An Everyday Supercar Then Yea Its A Decent Option .... Here Is the Issue With the New Turbo .... It Lacks The Porsche Soul ...It Feels by Porsche Standards "Numb" ... When I Spoke To Hurley Hawood (Porsche Factory Racer And Test Driver)...Just Shooting the Sh*& .... I mentioned The Lack Of Feeling ect. The Response Was " Porsche Softened The Car So That Its More User Friendly And Appeals To A Wider Market ... "
Dont Get Me Wrong .... Its A Nice Car .... And Of Course I would Take One ...But If I Were To Replace My Current One .... It Would Not Be With The New Turbo ...Try The New 2007 GT3 ... Still Driveable On The Street ... But You Know Damn Well Your In A Porsche .... Not To Mention At Last Check 20k Cheaper Than The Turbo

Then you can throw an aftermarket turbo on the GT3...with a couple mods... that'd be a scary ride. Heck, my dad's Carrera S rocks my socks off. Especially when you put it into stiff suspension mode.

I don't need a feral, bare knuckle, sports car at this stage. Just something I can use day-to-day and piss all over the ricers with at the lights. I like the idea of 650Nm of torque being available at 1950rpm (I'm sure that's right, either way, it was ridiculously low revs). The Carerra GTs look nice, but hard to drive, their ceramic clutch grabs like a *****, making it all too easy to 'accidentally' burn some rubber.
Actually, I'm interested in seeing if Mercedes Benz brings out a CLS63 AMG, I might do a trade in then on the old Z4. Awww, hell, I'd probably trade my CLK and Z4, the CLS is after all, a four door coupe.

Pretty cool stuff, well i'm 16 and just got my licence, so i've only ever driven a Mercedes ML320 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee V8, the Cherokee is pretty fun to drive, but my best experience was at mission racway (BC Canada), going around in a Lambo Gallardo and a Lotus Elise... lots of fun that was!

What's the best driving experience you guys have ever had?
Drove a 355 when i knocked on some guys house to take picture of his ONE ferrari. Turns out he had two, and he lemme take it for a spin. Was sweet.
The Acura RL and Lexus GS300 were next, took those up to 200k, (120mph) that was sweet. The Camaro was hot as well.
THe Mercedes ML500 wasn't bad...but my uncles getting a Carrera 4 and his friend a Z06. I'll just take the keys and run with them. They probably won't care. Hah.
Will be driving my friends Pagini Zonda soon...that would be sweet. (Actually the post ISN"T bull**** :P)
