My club wont work

I bought a club and when i go to invite my friend he has already been invited. and when he tries to join my club it says he has already joined. yet there are no members in my club. i have no clue to why it wont work. is it me or is there a prob? i have an xbox 360.
please help

Yea i purchased a club too but, when i sent out the invited and my frineds joined, i never recieved them into my club either.... wierd... I was thinking that... maybe just maybe... when u start the club.... dont send out the invited. Just let ur frineds join and see what would happen... maybe us sending out the invite and them asking us to join when join accept the invite is canceliing everything out. Let me know what happends
