Custom scenery won't work

I put it in the proper folder in Style/themed/ but when I try to use it in Sandbox mode it freezes and then exits and says there had been an error and asks me if I want to send it?

Are you sure you don't have an extra folder level?

not sure hey where did you get the custom scenery??

do you know where to find the scenery with steps next to your chain lift or how to move the ride supports???

Does it say no :svd for :sid? If so then that means that it is not where RCT3 expects it to be. Try re-installing the custom scenery.
