There are several good tutorials available for Milkshape.

Your continued language/attitude "problem" isn't going to be tolerated.

It's not something that anyone can really explain here in a post. There's a pinned post with some information about creating your own objects (HERE) (http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=509752), but basicly you need to learn how to use Milkshape FIRST. The best way is to download the program and follow some of the tutorials. There's an excellent one at the ModsToTheMax site. Once you get the basics of creating something in Milkshape, then there's a number of further steps to take before you get it into the game. There's a lot of information in that first link I gave you as well as throughout this entire forums section. Do a search in it and you'll learn a lot.
