Referral Code Program

Stupid me. In a hurry I entered my information correctly and entered my friends e-mail wrong. I have my content code, but he doesn't have his. I remember what e-mail I typed in it was: ajamal@my.westga.edu, this e-mail address I find out after many times of trying to contact the person and forward the email, doesn't exsist. I forgot the 1 in his email, my friends email is: ajamal1@my.westga.edu. Is there anything that can be done, or I'm I boned. If nothing can be done, I'll just give him my content code, its not a very big deal.

Please if something can be done let me know.

Nope definitely not. Apparently everyone so far I've seen that hasn't received their token yet is using a hotmail email account.

I found this on Atari's Email support section:

It appears that some email services (such as Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL) are inadvertently blocking or filtering some Atari emails. If you do not receive a reply please check your Junk, Bulk, or other spam folder for it. If you are not sure how to check your spam folder, please contact your email provider’s help or support department and describe the problem to them.

We are setting up an email address that will allow you to contact us directly so that we can check if the code was sent to you or not. We will also be able to provide users with their code if they did not receive the email so do not worry.

I will come here tomorrow and post that email address here in the Announcements and News section of the forum.

So if you submitted it and it said it worked but have still not received the email then you will be able to email us directly and we will send you your code.

We care about our fans and about our gamers and want to make sure that if you really did not get the email or were having tech issues but you successfully participated in the referral program that you get your code.

My friend also entered my email incorrectly so i did not recieve a code. he entered transamtony@yahoo.com which does not exist the correct email should have been transamtony79@yahoo.com he is already driving the cars you need to purchase each car individualy from the dealer

I typed in my code and it says it was redeemed already. I did not give my code to anyone except my friend I was doing this with. This is really upsetting because I have been checking constantly since Sept. 7. Please assist. My email address is bryan.danek@ignmail.com.

Same thing happened to me. Opened the game today, went to put the code in and it tells me it has already been used.

How is that possible Atari?

I would appreciate gettign the cars if I could heres my story not sure if this is what happened to you guys. I can't even send it because my friends code has suposably already been redeemed. his email address is used and when I enter my code it still says redeemed already yet it said that before I even gave it out to him..... not sure why. It says error when I try sending it. my email is nick009559@msn.com. any ideas I think this is different then what is happenign to you guys.

I tried it also to found the e-mail in the Junk, Bulk, or other spam folder, but the result is "NOTHING" It makes me so disappointed, because my friend got it already, he is using the Yahoo mail, I am using the stupid hotmail. I sent a e-mail to Atari, I hope they can resend the token to me again.

I got my code and went to the market place and entered it fine..all seems ok...i did the d/l and all and the game recognizes that there is extra content and all..but...where do i go from there? i see no cars anywhere....

I belive they just posted a little bit back up that they will provide an email where to send that info to , so they can help...scroll back and re read..i am sure i saw somethign like it...and btw yahoo has no problems cuz I have a yahoo mail and i got my codes all fine...

Before I even gave out my code to my friend it was already saying this code has been redeemed so finally I gave my friend my code and info he gave me his and of course it would give us both the error about my code. Except after he used his it now says his has been reedemed... Is this the same issue as you guys I am even worried that someone has created a key-gen. This sucks to because I pre ordered the game and ebgames messed up and never got the pre order codes for lambos in... and I waited an extra day for ebgames to get the game in yet they still never got the lambo codes so I was screwed on that as well. I must just have really bad luck. (Yes I spent over an hour yesterday trying to get this to work no info was wrong tried it about 15 different ways. Even have a screenie of the problem if its required.)

To save the trouble I just screen printed the codes off of the acceptance page. Then I didn't need the e-mail.

It acyally said my code was already reedemed before I even gave it out. there is someone else that is havign this problem as well. we started a thread.
