I just bought the game NEW at Gamestop. Waited from the 9th till the 12th. And as soon as the referral page went live, I tried entering my code out of MY MANUAL and it says it has already been redeemed. I haven't given the code out to anyone, I have a friend who gave me his code so we could get the cars. His is valid, but mine is not. So we are both currently out of luck. What is the plan for those that have codes that have already been redeemed?

If you want I can take a picture of my inside front cover of my manual to show you my code so you can verify that I own that code.

This is very dissapointing as other people around the world are getting a head start while I'm set back.

Any administrator please send me a PM or reply to this topic stating what you are going to do in my and others situation.

Exact same thing happened to me except after my friend entered my invalid code he got the error but then it showed his key as being reedemed already as well. I am not sure if some of the codes were just messed up or if someone somehow managed to create a Key-Gen. Anyways this is very disappointing to me because I pre ordered my copy and never even got the pre-order key because my store messed up. I also took a screenie of the problem.

As of now I think we are the only two with this exact issue. Most people entered a wrong email and such and are havign problems but are codes just arn't valid. I hope this can get straighted out.

I wish a moderator or admin would take a look at or reply to this thread so they can deal with our issue.

The ysaid they would get an email address or something to give to people with issues of entering wrong email addresses but I think that considers up.

i bought two copies in order to get the 2 exclusive cars,i went to the test drive website entered my name,email and both my codes and it said it accepted my codes and that i would recieve my tokens via email in a few minutes but i never got any email,this was 24 hrs. ago,i also tried going back to the site to re-enter my info. using a different email but it kept telling me that my codes have already been redeemed.can someone help?

well, it's been 10 hours and no reply from a mod or admin about our "redeemed code" issue. I'll just assume we'll get thrown into the "put wrong email when redeeming" category since a lot of people have that issue. Just as long as it's dealt with soon.

I hope its not to late to still get those cars I was really looking foward to them. We are not in the same catagory as them because there fix does not work for me there is a link on the annocement page somewhere if you wanna find it and try it for yourself.

Hey guys, I had the same exact problem. My friend and I tried to exchange codes, but when he entered mine it said it had already been redeemed. I didn't even know the code was there until today, so there's no way anyone else redeemed it already. I have no idea what the deal is. I gotta say, it's pretty lame.:down:

I emailed atari about this issue aas they advised It has been 5 days and a half now.... Great.....

I emailed them as well, no response as of yet, however it hasn't been very long.

We are here in New Jersey and the same here. My friends code said invalid but the game was supose to be new. I notice that Gamestop new games are already opened why I have no idea but I'm sure that may have something to do with it. I have e-mailed too and nothing.

Same here.

The first day the site was working it said my code was invalid. Now after I tried it again with the THIRD FRIEND I turned on to this game, it says that the code has already been redeemed.

I emailed Atari, but since they haven't responded to a single email I have sent them starting back the day the game came out, I am not holding my breath.

Why offer a tech support service if you ignore everyone that uses it?

yeah we have to give there tech support a break though because im sure its just 1 employee in a 3rd world country making 1$ a day working 24/7 for atari. So the process is very very slow. :bulb:
