Cannot create or find custom multiplayer challenges

In editor it only says single player and there are no custom MP challenges by players on the list of custom single player challenges. Where is all the user created multiplayer challenges?

How come people like IGN get to play a code with this feature installed, but all the people who purxhased this code get screwed? We get bullsh*t and they get the "DELUXE" edition. What's up with that?

They are found at the drive in after you have test driven them and the confirm light has turned green. You can then have up to one race at a time at the drive in
