Message problem

I was wondering if anyone knows how you are supposed to check your messages. Every once in a while i'll be driving and a message icon pops up, but I do not know how to check it. Anyone know?

I am guessing you mean the TDU News popup. If so then you need to go to your house and view the news items in there.
