Unable to purchase new garages

I'm sure there's just some stupid little thing I'm missing here, but I simply cannot figure out how to buy another garage past my first one. I have the enough cash for the houses, but when I press A to go to the local realtor or whatever, it just plops me back outside the house i was just viewing and wanted to buy. Why isn't it taking me to the seller? And if these sellers are supposed to be on the map, why don't they show up in the map view when Key Locations are shown? What am I missing here?

When you hit locate relator it gives you a guide of how to locate one also they do show up on the map make sure you have driven by one before and or don't have filters on. Next time you fidn a house just follow your gps it shows you where to go.

oh ok I thought I had already had the location of at least the first realtor, and I think I recall it auto setting a waypoint marker for me I just didn't realize it since I thought it was simply still set to my old waypoint. I'll try it out next time.

Come to think of it i think i remember it kept changing my waypoints on me and i couldn't figure out why! D'oh!
