I put it in the Styles Folder but where is it on RCT3 or anywhere lol?

If it's a self-installer, you need to double-click it to install. If it is a zipped folder, you need to unzip it into the Style/Themed folder. Then, once you've done that, it should appear under Walls.

^ No, it matters what type of scenery it is. I think you can pick while making scenery.

Well, he's talking about installing scenery, not making it. And all of JCat's stuff is in the Walls section.
