Mustang Upgrade Help

Ok i have the Mustang GT Coupe...So i took it to the shop to get it upgraded to level 3..So how do you get it upgraded to the Mustang saleen...It tells me that i cannot upgrade it anymore...Please help...Thanks

If I remeber correctly, when you go to the tuner, you should see SALEEN in the list to your left (where you'd normally upgrade to stage 3). You should be able to Saleen it out from there.

I was wondering when you are able to upgrade saleen parts in the Tuner shop. How much game progress do you need to have done before you can go to the saleen tuner.

also we can you use the Ford tuner in the game. (Game Progress)
