NWN2 PreOrder Toolset AVAILABLE and THANKS ATARI!!

:atari::hat::atari: I'd like to say thanks and to apologize for myself and the many other upset preorder folks. And to suggest that in the future please set your release dates for something like this on a Weekday/working day so if some unforseeable issue arises, someone is around to either fix it or to at least makes us away of it or to offer some form of explaination, even if it's a short and sweet post saying sorry we're having problems. The lack of communication on the promised date to expect the preorder toolset was the single most infuriating thing that caused everyones panties to get in a bunch. And again, thanks and think about my suggestion.:mdr2::punk::mefiant15::160:

These things happen, it could have been handled better or fixed faster, but Sundays are notorious for people not being around. Glad it was promptly fixed yesterday, and I know you'll love the toolset everyone has worked so hard on it!

This hasn't been fixed for all as of yet. There are many of us who purchsed this online through EB / Gamestop that were given apparently bogus Codes for logging in.

Some have been able to get this fixed by calling their helpdesk to get new codes, but now the help desk is out of codes to give to those you are still left in the dark. They say they are now waiting for more codes to be sent to them by Atari.

I know all is working to get this taken care of, and do appreciate the information I have received from some sources (namely from Obsidian Moderator on Bioware boards) I hope you are able to help all those (including myself) that seem to still have invalid codes.

Just got off the phone with EBGames help desk and he says Atari buggered up ALL their codes and has not yet reissued or fixed them.

He says to give then 20-48 hours---but of course that is only his guess because no one from Atari isd telling EBGames anything----Thanks for this flag waving hypocracy---Atari needs a house cleaning instead of accolades.

A paid pre=release member STILL waiting for the PAID toolset.

If anyone out there has a toolset in the USA and would like to be generiouse and send me one I will pay you back with PAYPAL

You are not the only one, I preordered at Best Buy and got my box with a card with a worthless code. I log in and just get invalid code errors...

Very poorly executed prelaunch so far Atari, but I am still behind your product and eagerly await NwN2.
