Can't wait for the video Jerr, all the others have been fantastic, I expect this to be as well!..(No, I demand it!..:D)
Much as I've been poring over these pics, I can't see the significance of the ground patterns that you've hinted at..(besides that they look pretty)..is it something to do with the ride?
Anyways, waiting eagerly!

The Daily Limerick 18. March 2007: At St. Patrick's Day "O'Flannigan Funland" opened its gates to allow local peeps to get an exclusive sneak peek into the new land of the park. During the day visitors could enjoy the new fountain show at the newly build walk through attraction "Celtic Knot." Most visitors, however, rushed to the queue line of "A Dullahan's Tale," a new roller coaster. During the day a camera team shot material for a promo video for the attraction.
Strangely Thomas O'Flannigan didn't show up at the pulpit that evening to give a speech. People say he was too drunk to face the audience. The fact is that nobody had seen him after 8 o'clock that evening.
The Daily Limerick 20. March 2007: Yesterday evening at 11 o'clock, a daft man was found, wondering around the forest around Limerick. Half his red beard was burned off, he had cuts all over his body, as if he had run through the shrubbery. He was rushed to the hospital immediately. The medics stated, that he'd muttered the words: "Scary.. crows, ants in heart.." Obviously that doesn't make any sense.

@Waldo13 Indeed it does. Yes the ride is finished, but I had some problems with my PC when I wanted to start recording.
@rctlvr I see. I'm afraid I passed soon already. :(
@PvHooijdonk I'm working on the video. Do you think I should stop with the more regular mini updates and just post some big updates quickly followed by a video? I'm asking for your honest opinion here, I don't mind either way. Before releasing the download, I've to finish the medieval town first. The progress is going quit slow, at the moment.
@Nocturna I'll post some pictures now. I'll get some work done today, so let's see if I've something substantial this evening.
@Crowheart Oh dear, you're not growing antsy again, are you? I had planned on releasing the video already, but PC problems and lack of time prevented it.
The patterns are meant to look like wicked human figures. I tried to hint at a presence of evil. The floor pattern in the church is very much the same as the pattern on the court yard. Of course they're there to look pretty as well.
@SCAREcrow22 I agree, it's shameful. I had something planned, but I didn't had the time to finish it on time. I've been to the local Irish pub that evening. I managed to drink one pint, before leaving to another pub. It was just to busy.
@QsUpIiCcHyE I'm not sure if I understand the relevance the picture properly. Am I Julius Caesar who'll be murdered by the senate, if I don't finish the video soon? Who's Brutus then? :noob:
@DarkMeasures Inappropriate reply "snipped" ROFL :weird:
@SCAREcrow22 and @TheSkipper I always miss the action, even in my own thread, I'm so lame.

These updates are AWESOME, and its just enough to keep us satisfied for now, and come back for more!:D I am so impressed with the way this coaster looks that I have come to the conclusion that you must be holding back some of your skills so as not to make our heads explode
(or maybe implode) with sheer delight! Excellent work, Jerr_Oen!!:atari: (That bright pink neon light effect in the last pic perfectly creates the change in atmosphere that is necessary for what I believe will happen next, after the plunge into the mysterious depths, I mean.)
P.S.- The Julius Caesar comment came from a previous comment made about the date on which St. Patrick's Day falls, and I wanted to make that fact common knowledge.:)

@QsUpIiCcHyE Thank you very much, you should see the smile on my face, while reading your comment. I'll have to be very careful with my 'skills,' now I know what could happen. :eek: I try not to use more scenery then necessary. I can't say, I always succeed.
@aroundthehorn Thank you, I hope you find the video spooky as well.
@Crowheart Not only the floor patterns, I tried to give the woodwork some evilness as well. I hope you'll appreciate the video, then. Speaking of which, I'm getting more and more anxious to seeing your video.
@SCAREcrow22 You'll know, if you watch the video. You might appreciate the Irish folk music in it, although there's rock/metal in it as well.
@Small Print Thank you, I'm pleased you appreciate my designs. The lights are a pain to place, especially with the lag.
@Spheremaster Thank you. "I hope that everybody knows about it!" I hope that also, although I'm more then pleased with the people aware of it already. :)
@PvHooijdonk Thank you very much! "I can almost feel the spooky atmosphere." I hope I remove the "almost" with the video.

Well, I just watched the video. First off, I think the music was a good choice (both poeces of music) for this ride. The 2nd half of the ride is intense (where it goes into the building and the theme changes); it was completely unexpected... :up:
All in all, I enjoyed the ride, though I'll admit, the part of the ride where I made an earlier comment (about the roses and rocks), the ride goes too fast (not a criticism, but an apology on my part) to notice the scenery. I hope you didn't spend too much time changing it, since you can't really see it that well. I'm sorry if you did.
Looking forward to what you have in store for us next...

@sub_voyage fan Thank you very much. I think inspiration is what these forums are all about. I'm certain I wouldn't have made this park the way it is, without browsing through these forums. It's an honour to be a source of inspiration.
@jessknight1 "I definitely need to start posting more." As long as you don't post +1's. :p Thank you for the compliments.
@Waldo13 I'm pleased you enjoyed the video. Please don't apologise for giving critique. I find it most useful, when people give points of critique. It would be up to me to decide, weather I change something. (btw. Don't you dare apologising for apologising!) That particular scene made it to the slow-motion part of the video.
@Spanzini It was an honour to scare you, a little. I'm pleased you liked the video.

The music was a perfect fit..Irish folk music, brilliant!
The ride itself was awesome, the second half really flipped my lid, what a mind freak!
I didn't know which side was up half the time..(in a good way)
It reminded me a bit of the famous picture of the stairs going every which way.

You're thinking of M.C. Escher, right? :D I would have to agree that this ride does have an disorientating quality about it, much like Escher's art! I got so lost at one point I just decided to not worry about where I was and just enjoy the flying colors and lights! :p A good themed ride immerses the rider into a completely different world, seperating the rider's reality from the reality of the ride, and this ride does that and more! SWEETNESS!!:up: :up:

The Easter Spirit at O'Flannigan Funland
V Work in progress picture of Celtic Knot:
http://img110.imageshack.us/img110/3240/37bwipknotot4.jpg
Please read - I need your help: This attraction should be a sort of adventure path, peeps can take a walk past lovely foliage, some typical O'Flannigan buildings and various billboards. I really want your help with those billboards. I thought it would be fun to make it work as a sort of message-board. What I would like you to do is, to provide me with messages, like quotes, words of wisdom, jokes, etc. Most preferably slightly related to Ireland. I'll hide them around the paths like easter eggs.
1
@Cherry Mouse Thank you.
@PvHooijdonk I'm pleased you liked the video.
@aroundthehorn It's great the second part seems to be a success. Thank you for the stars, the park is on its way to 5 stars again. :)
@deaconnor Thank you very much.
@Spheremaster Some of my buildings took more then two days as well.
@Janitor 06 Thank you. I wouldn't want to build a bigger ride, as it would take me forever to finish. btw. Did you recognise the lost souls from the RCT3 Mag Forum's art topic?
@SCAREcrow22 Thank you.
@gamemast75 Thank you, I'm flattered.

@Crowheart Thank Nocturna for the music, he pointed out the right band, for me.
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/a3/Escher%27s_Relativity.jpg
I'm amazed the scenery reminded you of Escher's drawing. That actually was what I had in mind when I started that section, but I thought it wouldn't work because I couldn't work out how to put roofs and stairs upside down. I'm especially honoured with the comparison, because I really like Escher's art.
@QsUpIiCcHyE Thank you, that was about the best thing, that could have been said about the ride.
@shyguy Thank you. The 'other dimension' idea was exactly what I was going for, as well.

The latter would've really stressed out my old PC.
This park is most probably not about to be continued. I had hit crash-point with this park, on my old pc, about a year ago. Although I can run the park smoothly with my new pc, I don't plan on doing so. I don't play as much rct, as I did back then. The drive to pull this off, has been lost during past year. There has been so much new cs, I feel this park is quite out-dated. If I were to continue, I'd feel the need to refurbish many areas. I found out, I lost a few back-up dvd's, with the original O'Flannigan files, including the hand-drawn billboards, the download.zip and the high-quality video files. I think it's best to keep this park in the past, where I think it has a nice spot.
On the other hand I still have a few ideas for this theme, so ho knows.. :p

Funny, I just finished a dark ride which was heavily inspired by the themeing in your latest section. (can't put my finger on the name)

Happy St. Paddy's Day!
Good to see this again..though, still holding out hope that someday the "not" will disappear from the thread title, and leave the "revived"..;)

I hope that you can continue this amazing park, because it is so wonderful and colorful and it is in great detail.

I'm really glad to see this little surprise update! ;)
Those "new" pictures are very nice.
Vodhin's Emerald City set would be perfect for this park.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!

@Sfmm_100 and Amplifyed Thank you very much appreciated. The coaster is called A Dullahan's Tale. There's been a video released, already. I don't know if you saw it already, but here's the GoogleVideo version:
http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=2730634734197029991&hl=nl
The original video files are on a back-up dvd, I lost at the moment, so I can't re-upload the high-quality version, I'm afraid.
@gavt1976 and Ice101 Thank you, laddies. :)
@Crowheart Thanks man. Don't get your hopes too high up. Although I think my idea for the Banshee was pretty cool. It was supposed to be a story telling indoor coaster. It would go moderately wild and twisty in a dark central space. From time to entering and slowly passing through chambers with highly detailed scenes, to tell the story. Meh, I'll have to see that being build ever.
Btw, speaking of reviving.. ;p
@Cancerbat The coaster's name was A Dullahan's Tale. I hadn't an official name for the town. Perhaps Sleepy Gallows.. :noob: I'm looking forward to seeing your dark-ride. Will it be in Therrien Point or Monobello Frontier?
@SCAREcrow Why do I have a feeling, you weren't that surprised? Thank you for your support! :up: I agree, Vodhin's Emerald city would suit this park marvellously.

It's going to be in Monobello Frontier, but right now I'm not too sure to it's fate.:( We're having trouble with lag at the moment and it might need to be demolished. If not, I'm going to restart it because I was NOT happy with the way it turned out, I rushed myself, and didn't give myself enough space.:up:

What? The music is THE best part!
Not only does the music fit the theme to the ride PERFECTLY (both Irish and mysterious), it's choreographed seamlessly to every part of the ride. From the orchestra hit right as the train bursts into the station in the beginning of the movie, to the rock bridge as soon as we enter "hell."
