Corrupt files!

After tearing my hair out trying to put in the pre-order code, baker011 gave me new code, worked fine, downloaded pt1, during extraction get message: need volume pt2 to continue extraction, but parts 2-9 wont download, I just get real player, also pt1 error message: corrupt files download fresh copy, have tried 4 times but still get same thing, wots going on, this is rearly bad, and from all the posts Ive read about all the problems people are having, feel rearly let down by ATARI:down: And ant they keeping quiet!!!:down::down:
Does anyone have any answers:confused:
