oh, just for the record, I intended for the adult gohan with red gi to double as future gohan, so when adult gohan with red gi is battle damage he loses an arm (For those looking at my word doc)

Maybe for the hardcore fan of both versions having music from both versions of the series. And a newly animated anime openning theme. Trust me Atari CG and Cel-shading is not working.

I'm slacking off too much to read specifically through all the posts :p . But if they add an option of listening to the Japanese dialog. Why not add an option of listening to the OSTs[Original Sound Tracks] of the Japanese version of the game?

They should of done that with this game,but never actually did.
I suppose they are not having enough requests for it.

They should have an effect for Meta Cooler,Cell(All Forms),Piccolo,Buu(All Forms),Lord Slug(Both Forms) that if you lose a beam struggle you lose your arm then when your guy is getting up it shows the arm coming back. They could also do that for if you rush your opponent without doing a rush move, you know what I mean rush then punch you will go through the guy and he will lose his arm like goku did to Mete Cooler.

Ok, lets see....
To give Dabura his stone spit.
To give 100% full power Frieza a better ultimate.
To give Kid Gohan a fully powered Masenko blast, which sounds like this''Masenko Haaaaaaaaaaa!'', rather than just''Masenko''.
Plus to give him his headbutt attack, or something that resembles him when he is cornered.
To give Kid Goku his ultimate from B3, which actually showed emotion from his tears.
To give SSJ3 Goku a rush attack.
To make the pebbles levitate in the air, when gathering Ki.
To make the move father-son kamehameha look better,as it is too rushed in this game.
To make solar flare last longer.
To give Kid Goku his kamehameha which he used vs Roshi i believe in one of the world tournaments, where he fired it in the opposite direction to give him a speed boost.
To give Piccolo a transformation.
To give Super Gogeta his B3 style ultimate, rather then have it as it is now in real time.Its just too bland looking.
To give Raditz a rush attack where he stamps on Goku(someone has already said this).
Get rid of the made up Oozaru's.
To give Teen Gohan his Piccolo cape.
To give Teen Gohan and Goku there Saiyan outfits which were used in the hyperbolic time chamber.
To give Dodoria his move where he shouts''Eat lazer ya ya ya'' lol.
To give Tien a DB alternative transformation, where he could use his multiple arms technique, and fight for evil(General Tao).And the same applies to Chiaotzu and maybe Piccolo.
To give Vegeta(Scouter)a Super Galick Gun as his ultimate move, rather than his ape have it.

Post 1: I know eventually we will get all the things (especially what Lightning said) we want. In order to sell DBZ games they need fresh material, so they will have to get around to this at some point. Unlike games like armored core, which never has anything fresh and still some how sells well (hopefully this chages with AC4), DBZ NEEDS NEW MATERIAL TO SELL!:mad: people won't buy it if it is total crap, look at sagas, most people bought it, then a week later Atari was flooded with hate mail.:D

I now someones gonna say no cause some other people could justify buu absobing anyone, or anyone fusing, but I think the Oozarus are great. If we remove them then whats stoping atari from removing cell's spirit bomb? those things are along the same lines, we never see cell do the spirit bomb, but he says he can do it. same with the Oozarus, the sayians don't do it but they say they can....

Hmm how about animating your own scenes. You see in Smackdown Shut Your Mouth! you could animate scenes of your favorite wrestlers and it was pretty cool. I'm thinking of a similar feature sowhen you make your own what if storys you can have scenes to match them.

i would love to see Goku JR. and Vegeta JR in BT3, and their SSJ forms, maybe make a gogeta JR.? idn, just an idea (Gogeta JR, hmmmmm, just make a midget form of SSJ Gogeta!), also i believe you do see bardock go Oozaru in the Bardock: The Father of Goku movie(you dont see him transform but you see him and his team in Oozaru form)

You all know that the next DBZ game will most likely be for the next gens. So, you guys also know that the PS3 has a motion censor remote. I also beileve that the defense system should be more better. So what i am trying to say is that if you move the remote sideways (like a steering wheel) then the character will dodge side ways, or if you pull it back the warrior will dodge backwards like the matrixs to deflect the melee attack, or shove it forward to do a crouch dodge. You would have to figure out the attacks of your opppents so you can dodge because it would be boring if you can dodge everything with a side dodge all the time. For example, Goku vs. Cell, Cell would swing a upper cut and you would have to pull back the remote to dodge it. The reason why I think this is a good idea is because it would be very fun and challegening to do this and if you do not like it you can turn it on and off in the opitions. The other controlls for dodge would be like holding down the O button while moving the joy stick in the way you want, or it can be like B3 how you press block right when they attack.
So what do you think?

1. Could not agree with you more there PsychoNO.13. They have to keep
going at this to make the next one far better. The only way it will sell.
2. I posted this a few weeks back about the different cutscenes. All
transformations that took place in the entire Anime as well as ones that did
not take place but can still easily happen. There should be more than 1
cutscene for the way the warriors transform into more powerful
transformations, take this as an example:
e.g. Super Saiyan (cutscene or not that shows the environment taking a
great deal of damage (the ground the warrior is standing on forms into a
crater depending on their power, their muscles, chest bulging, eyes turning
green, sky turning black, etc)
Oozaru (small cutscene that shows the Saiyn looking up at the fake
powerball or real Full Moon then as they transform, they get red glowing eyes,
their muscles, legs get bigger with hair growing all over their body and
clothes they are wearing depending on the make should expand with them or
rip apart with them roaring as they get bigger & bigger. This should apply to
if the Saiyan is laying down or standing up & if it is a cliff they are on well you
know what happens. They must also have the ability to control their mentality
while in this form.
Changling (either do what they did in B3 when Frieza & Cooler metamorphs
into a shell & comes out in their transformed state or just like Zarbon & Frieza
start to swell, change facial looks, grow horns on their body, muscles & legs
swell up as well. That kind of thing.:D :cool:
DBZ:BT2 FAN, I like them except the made up Oozaru's. All the warriors should
have the ability to transform into their chosen state so I disagree with you on
that point. Everything else looks GREAT!:)
Kamehameha14, that is a great idea too. To move the controller & anticipate
where & when your opponent will make their next move is really something
they demonstrated at E3 2006 with the PS3.:cool:

anyone remember that movie? lol
6) 4 new additional moves for each character ( 2 more Blast 1 and 2 more Blast 2 by using "left/right directional pad circle/triangle")
7) Fix the techniques like cooler's psycho barrier and the like so they protect you from everything until it leaves you. In tenkaichi 2 it leaves you open for any projectiles without you being able to block or move out of the way.
8) Cell shaded backgrounds ( personally I think it would look 100% like the show with this).
9) Better items from shenron and give the entire list of items. No randomness making us wait for item to show up.
10) Online
11) Go easier on the analogue sticks with the beam struggles and the like. Make beam struggles last longer. Also change the view to a side view of the 2 opponents using their beams.
12) Music from the US show??

- Every character should be able to use some kind of multi-blast(Example: Energy Volley, Energy Barrage Wave, Energy Blast Volley, etc.), a beam, an energy ball and a rush or two. Note that since every character would have these "clone" type attacks that they would do less damage and consume less ki. Max damage that these attacks could possibly do is 1 bar of health.
I said that on page 8 and I would like to add more too it.
- Since every character would have similar energy moves like I stated above, there needs to be more categories for moves. Keep the circle moves where they are, have the above stated attacks be Generic Blast, have all signature moves (KHH, BBA, SBC, etc.) be Signature blast and then have the finishers be the ultimate blast, like they have been for both games.

I would like it if there was teleport waggle strugles,so if you and your opponent were to teleport at the same time it would become a waggle struggle like on the dbz anime were goku fights frieza and there teleporting all over the sky hitting each other,I think this would be cool in dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3.

Post #1: I would love it if they made a dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 and inclueded all the characters I listed and there forms and the teleportion waggle struggle.The thing i don't like in the budokai tenkaichi games is the voice acting I think they should make them better in the next dbz game,they have got better in budokai tenkaichi 2 but they could of done alot more.I don't want the graphics to change or the buttons of the budokai tenkaichi 2 game to change if they are going to make a budokai tenkaichi 3 game.
Post #2: Its weird how they didn't put a dragonball saga in budokai tenkaichi 2,but am not bothered because dragonball is totally crap compared to dbz or dbgt but dragonball is still good and I like it but its not as good as the other 2 series in the dragonball trilogy.

I like how in Budokai tenkaichi 2 that you can get your character up levels but its still crap,the maximum level is 160 and a power level of 160 in the anime series is like hercule or something.If you have played super dragonball z and seen how you can get your character up levels in it,thats the way it should be in the next tenkaichi game.

They should have kept Piccolo's trans in the game like in the Budokia series. Sync with Nails and Fuse with Kami. They could be permanent transformations like Cell has. They should have also kept Destructive Wave and why not add in Eye Lasers? Cooler should have had those as well.

Here is another one. You should make the melee animations different in every character. You can either do this buy the speed at which they throw attacks or by changing the animation for each act. No one should play the same because no one was the same. Maybe one favored kicks and throws were as another liked to warp around while attacking. Also the charge time for atatcks should be different for each character as well. Because this would also depend on if the character is more energy oriented or melee oriented.

Are you referring to something similar such as using a Ki Blast/Rush attack that consumes 4 Ki bars when you have 3, but will bring it down to a negative 1 bar until it is charged [button mashing]? I would kinda like something like that.

I think that maybe music from the cartoon, and maybe cutscenes of the cartoon would be cool. also bigger more destructible levels. and definetely more characters. and maybe putting more emphasis on the actual dragon balls. like collecting them would be harder, and when you did you could unlock a secret character or something.

Since I've played Tenkaichi 1 thoroughly and Tenkaichi 2 since I got it... I think I've got some good ideas. You guys post comments and suggestions cuz I'll be editing my post too.
*Short Review*
I really like what they did with cell. The feet doing the sound...lol...I just jump up and down real fast b4 the match starts. Meta Cooler and Cell jrs too...nice.Except that transforming costs two for every level and that the cutscene doesn't even show him opening up a can of tail on those androids. Yamcha long hair...finally! Plz don't lose any features you already got. The combos, banishing attacks, and super movement is great. I like the way you changed the Androids' sound when powering up. I think the Hyper Dash is different too for some. Oh yeh, and Vegeta Scouter is worth using now. Only he needs a 3rd costume. It looks like the 2nd but it's black.

-Stop Dragon Dash in air-"Move" Similar to something newly added

BTW...you need to bring back Vegeta Bad Man Costume (Pink Shirt..also trunks saga...more like Android Saga...but when Trunks First shows up I mean) Oh yeh, for the stage Blast and Ultimate Blast moves should cost a sliver of health..by sliver I mean like a Ki Ball hit you. I think I saw something in T2 where your health goes down slowly...sorta like that but not constant...maybe a sliver when you dragon dash too. Like 250 damage or something. You can put those things that Vegeta blows up and Dr. Briefs has to fix. I guess instead of the planet blowing up...blast ur way out the ship.
**A Stage that resembles when Trunks confronts Mecha Frieza. Dead Bodies around that will fly up when I go super and Frieza's Space Ship to Blow up.
**Rocks Ascend when I charge a Blast Move
They can burst when they reach a certain point.

Very good ideas PhantomFighter. Keep it up! I was wondering where Gohan Oozaru went, & I can not
believe they missed out on that! Also the explosions sounds should be massive and make huge impact
to the environment! I also want to add this from Page 7:
*Different ways in which warriors power ups. Like Vegeta powering up to fight Cui in the Namek Saga.
Also it is the same way Piccolo powers up to fight Cell in the Imperfect Cell Saga. Notice their body
starts to vibrate. The the way Nappa powers up in the Saiyan Saga is sort of like the way Super Goku
powers up in the Frieza Saga. They start to glow.
See where I am getting with this? If you are not sure watch them on Youtube. And do not flame me for this. I am posting how they can find this info.
*I should have added this in the first post. The ability to walk whenever you want to. Whether you are
fighting or not.
*Also notice the sound of when they teleport. Did you see the way in the 'Escape from Dodoria'
episode Dodoria flew to that Elder, did the After- Image technique & the sound it makes when he
disappears? This takes place in the Namek Saga when the Ocean Group were dubbing it. The sound is
sick. Also 'The End of Vegeta' episode after Vegeta realised that Goku may be the one to achieve the
power of the Super Saiyan. Then Frieza lept at Goku to try & hit him with his tail but Goku teleported &
the usual sound when they disappear (heard on BT1 & BT2) appeard behind him & kicked him in the
face. Again, FUNimation dubbed this.
*Also, like someone else mentioned their must be different ways in which warriors metamorphs or
transforms. E.g.
Hirudegarn- Hatching & glowing then like a Caterpillar evolving into a Butterfly come out of it's shell &
there is the beast's final form
Cell- Absorbing Andriod 18 & 19 with his tail & then slowly like the Anime transforming into his next stage
of evolution
Janemba- Like they did in the Movie as well as in BT2, him getting squashed like some kind of liquid, &
then he reaches his final form
Super Saiyan- The Saiyan's eyes must start turning green or his eyeballs must disappear, his muscles,
chest, legs, must expand, the hair must be glowing up but stay the same color & taking
shape of what the Saiyan's hairstyle will be like when they transform, the sky if possible
turns black, thunderstorm rolling, the ground shaking like mad, and trees, rocks and all
the environment that surrounds the warrior must begin to levitate (the Trees & Rocks)
Saiyan (Oozaru)- When the Saiyan looks up at either the Artificial Power Ball or the Real Full Moon, their
eyes start to turn white so there is no eyeballs, their heartbeat begins to pound at a
fast rate, their chest & muscles begin to grow & with it they start to get bigger, their
face splits into two revealing huge gaping jaws with big teeth, their garments if
possible start to rip (like Goku or Gohan's case) then their eyes start to turn red their
body all over grows hair at a fast rate.
Frieza or Cooler- They start to like in the Anime swell up, get bigger muscles, the anatomy of their body
changes, their legs, and arms swell & get bigger, their face changes a bit, and their
voices changes. Like Frieza's Second Form his voice is quite deep, then his Third Form
is a mixture of his First & Second Form then his Final Form is more laidback. The same
as Cooler his voice is deep in his Final Form.
Andriod 13- He must absorb the Power supply & Chip of Android's 14 & 15 & from there he starts to
swell up, muscles getting bigger, chest growing out, face changing, etc.
Lord Slug- He (like Piccolo) must grow & get bigger but keep his authentic instead of just growing.
Buu- He must release the blobs from the anatomy of his body, let them float & then he absorbs his
victims such as Gotenks SS3, Piccolo, Mystic Gohan. Then he transforms becoming a pink blob at
first taking the shape of what it would be like when he slowly gets his new outfit before he
reaches his final form.
Just something that came to mind.

What I found wuz poorly done wuz the scenes of android 20/19 confronting goku after they killed yamcha. They need the part with the semi crashing. That should be a stage....with the fire in the background. Also...Goku needs to go super saiyan during that part and piccolo needs to say, calculations...did your calculations predict that goku would be a super saiyan!

Hmm how about animating your own scenes. You see in Smackdown Shut Your Mouth! you could animate scenes of your favorite wrestlers and it was pretty cool. I'm thinking of a similar feature sowhen you make your own what if storys you can have scenes to match them.

What I mean is, having both characters yell more (better voice acting), show more environment damage, more aura/energy spray and more dynamic camera angles. Fighter Trunks Heat Dome Attack was awesome, but to make it better they could have had Trunks yell more, dropped the camera even father back, show Trunks extremely small while the beam grows and fires out into space. Got to have the beams coming out of Earth again. That was a really cool feature they had in B3.
Also, if you kill your opponent with an Ultimate move, then your opponent should disintegrate if its an energy attack and maybe get a hole through the stomach if its a physical Ultimate move.

If anyone has seen the first Broly movie then you know what I am talking about. In one scene, Broly fires a bunch of blasts at Goku and all Goku does is run forward and block his body with his arms. I think that should be in T3.
Here's another idea, that might have been mentioned as well. Being able to shoot several ki blasts (size is my choice, either shoot out a lot of small ones, several medium ones or a few big ones) while warping around the arena/opponent. The opponent should be able to counter with his own warping/ki blasting as well, thus equaling a fat ki blast fight.
More grabs. Instead of just one, have 12 different grabs. Left, Right, Top, Bottom, Front and Back and you should be able to rush and perform these grabs and have it be a Rush grab.

Very good point. The grab move that Goku uses from past DB Games
(Dragonthrow, also he used it on Frieza) is something all characters can do
(Vegeta did this to Ginyu). It should be a thing where you can do all certain
type of moves to make it feel like there is no limit to how they grab their
opponent.

the biggest things i want really are a dragonball story mode as well as whats already there
and online play enough of this password system though its fun and i dont care if it stays but there also needs to be actual online play. ps2 has been online and the wii will be online by next year.
one thing i dont want is page 1 suggestion of characters having anime based powerlevels making roshi for instance useless against frieza this sounds retarded and the WWE Smackdown game adopted something similar and honestly everyone hates it and its runing the game. and thats why they have custom characters and normal anyway so its just fine the way it is.
i didnt read the rest of this except for page 1 and page 11 here.
one thing on the wii id like it if moving the wii motes while punching and kicking can have more of a forceful impact rather than pounding A like a mad man. i know you can aim your strikes a bit by using the wiimote but still adding some motion and pressing A could add a more interactive i punched you and prolly be more fun. it could be tried and if beta testers find it crappy can it. id also like it if the rotate the joystick to overpower your opponent in the ki blast scene instead on the wii anyway it could be motion sensored to over power your opponent maybe pushing while shaking it? be alot easier if you ask me. its always annoying and id ne ver win the rotate the joystick contest cause i go from flinging my arms around to oh crap rotate the joystick.
create a character would be interesting and wouldnt mind it or for dbz style it could be make a z fighter mode. wouldnt mind dbz adopting this it works great in all other fighting and game genres. no reason dbz cant give it a try. i think it would rock and i mean after seeing 5 budokais of the same old story again you really need something fresh this can add TONS of life to any game. come on create a z fighter mode lets do it mix it with evolution z mode and we could have something good here. and with the wii mote and prolly the ps3 controller you could find a way to make your moves.

I got a pretty good idea to add to the idea of a 2 player onscreen battle, especially if it comes out for the Wii like Tenkaichi 2: You can use the Wiimote and do the fusion dance with another person. And since the Wiimote may have microphone capabilities, you can even say Fu-sion-ha!. Plus if you kinda screw it up you get stuck with a fat or old fusion. And thats my two cents

How about adding in the feature of being able to lock hands with your opponent and have a power struggle that way? They do this in the show countless times. You should be able to throw knees and head blows to attack your opponent while you rotate the sticks to overpower them. When someone wins the struggle, the winner throws the loser either into the ground or into the air.

I think be able to edit a character's attacks would be great. My latest ideas:Trunks fighting no Jacket! Xcept his hair looks like it does when he kills 18 and 17 in his own time. Trunks gets a 1 handed full power energy wave and he says "this is for gohan!" Players can use high speed movement in conjunction to an opponent's use *even for super movement* This way there can be some more excitement. Now when you dodge my move *maybe just physical attacks* I can dodge ur dodge *like b3*
Gotenks can launch 1 ss3 ghost blast 2 move
Maybe he can store up 3 but if you get knocked back it explodes on you

ok i have one move i made up called "help" for goku ssj
you activate it and the opponent beats goku up goku yells for help and vegeta appears and says "if anyones gonna kill kakarot its me and he fires garlik gun then gohan goten trunks (kid) and piccolo appear and fire beams the opponent is pushing the beam back goku looks around and grins he yells and he goes to ssj2 then yells "Ok guys lets finish this!" he then does a kamehameha into the large beam and the opponent gets knocked back and the earth/other level explodes. this attack needs full power numbers as i call them and takes out 2 whole bars of hp

Hey everyone i'm new here. Lightning has very good points espicially if spike can bring back what Dimps did for the ultimate attacks by countering them as a block or reflecting them back at the other character.
1.Definitely bring back attack(PUNCHES AND KICKS) dodging by pressing block its a key element just as lightning stated.
2. Bring back the kick button and put in a combo system similar but better then B3.
3.Take out the dash button and just keep it simple by just pressing down 2x on the d-pad towards the character. (keep it simple)
4. Also by keeping it simple it gets irritating to do a kamahamaha by pressing L2,up and ^ , just leave it as up(D-PAD) and circle since your already locked on to the character as in B3.
5. This one is for Goku give him the Super Spirit Bomb back as in B3.Dont leave out anyones ultimates or special moves.
6. One big thing i noticed was everying character not being unique with their own fighting styles. For instance Kidd buu was able to stretch his arms out and spin and flip his body for different attacks when combos were done in B3. NO CHARACTER SHOULD HAVE THE SAME ATTACK MOVES. (teen gohan and android 13 had the same rush)
7. Burst mode(like in B3) they should have kept it like it was if both characters do a charge punch at the same time they should go into hyper fighing mode it shouldnt be put as just flying at high speed into each other or doing a rush attack at the same time.
8. They could still improve on the beam struggles some more it looked a little better in B3, but always room for improvement.
9.Give each character their own grab-throwing moves at least 2, i noticed that some of the characters had the same throwing moves as others. Remember every DBZ character has to be unique.
10. And the last thing have multiple but different types of the planet exploding from space it shouldnt be the same explosion each time. come this is PS3.
Let me know if anyone agrees with me or disagrees, thanks for hearing me out everyone. And lightning you have very good points for the next game i just hope they do it right this time.

Going along with the formula of the What if story mode scenarios that had appeared in the TK series, how about including what if versions of the characters? For example in the story from T1 where raditz was good for awhile , lets say he stayed good, and had achieved the level of super saiyan himself? Imagine his hair sticking strait up and gold. SSJ Turles, Nappa, Bardock etc...Or maybe give characters who were previously thought not to have transformations some. I.E. Humans, Piccolo (fusions dont count as transformations). I doubt they would do it, since it starts messing with the established state of the Anime lore and I dont know how much freedom the game makers get for messing with their own creative story and character ideas.

Characters:Add at least 15-20 more characters(more characters from Dragonball)
Stages:HFIL Janemba Stage (Jellybeans:yum:),Tree Of Might Stage (with the tree of course),Other World Tournament Stage,Babidi's Spaceship(keeps on changing the stage every 2-3 minutes)
Senerio: Dragonball Saga,World's Strongest Saga,Shenron Saga(if there will be more Shenrons from GT)
Other: During a GT Saga you collect Black-Star Dragonballs instead of Red-Star Dragonballs and have the Red Shenlong summoned.

Since people brought up melee, in T3, there should not be a limitation to how many hits I can do. Every move I do with my character should be able to continue to another one that is in my string. A perfect example of this the Tony Hawk games. No matter what move you do, you still can perform another one in your string.
Knocking away people and then having the ability to teleport behind them was a great idea, but you have to make it more unique. Also, there shouldn't be a number limit to how many times I can teleport attack. The limit should come from how much Ki I have. The cost should be very low as well. I mean, it would make sense since you see teleporting ALL over the place in the anime.

Yeah, having your own character would rock! It would be a little hard to make them able to interact with the story if they did it well.... but they could have a background choice, like you could come with the saiyans to earth, or you trained with master roshi (though not with Goku supposedly), or perhaps you live with the nameks for some reason or another. It'd also be good for a online mode of play. But you'd need a deacent amount of customization.... such as choosing race, gender, and size (meaning a shrimp like Krillin or an ogre like Nappa). Being able to add in your own bio(s) for your character(s) would be good too.

Tenkaichi where even there it had walls but at least 10-20x bigger than T2)
and everything is destructible. If an attack should go into outer space it
should destroy any neighbouring planets or if the onslaught misses it's target
it should leave a huge crater or be able to go deeper into the planets core
and eventually cause it to explode. But give the character the opportunity to
escape the planet before it explodes!
I think that'd be a little tricky for Atari.... But If you want much bigger maps, there could be a system where if you smash your enemy outside the area, then he will fly over to another map. Like hitting someone doward while on the Kami's/Dende's Tower map they might end up in west city. They had a similar system in a Snes game of DBZ. This feature should be able to be turned on or off.
Oh yeah, there should be a "Sky" map. It'd just be a map in the sky as the name implies, but there should be a namek variation (meaning green sky and yellow clouds instead of blue and white).

I can level with you on that Conners but then who knows? They may have
enough space on Blu-Ray used for either a cutscene (remember B1) as a
way to smash your opponent & send them flying to another location on
that particular level or make it freely to go wherever you want to go at
your own will!

I believe that Nimbus should just appear in 1 of his attacks.
I find Kid Goku in BT2 using his tail, is superb, and i hope it remains in BT3.

i agree too many people have the same moves still especially that delta combination ive seen one to many characters use it and im just now at the buu saga. and guess what sayiaman uses its depressing that 4 people use the move that i can think of prolly more. then there is of course i think people should have more than just one of those rush type of moves so its not as repetitive.

hi guys im new to forums and have many great ideas for the next game, seeing how alot of characters had alot of inaccurate attacks and filler attacks (energy wave,etc.) i thought they could name each attack differently to that character & update the controls. i hated how only a few characters had only one chargeble attack so every beam attack should be, and they should make a set of controls for combos. heres an example character.
Bardock:
Beam Attacks: Both Chargeble,Unique.
L2 + Triangle = Soul Cannon - ?
L2 + ^ + Triangle = Heat Phoenix (Crimson Phoenix) - ?
Blast Attacks: Blast Stock,Chargeble,Unique.
L2 + Circle = Saiyan Pulse - ?
L2 + ^ + Circle = Lightning Finger - ?
Combo Attacks: Unique.
L2 + Square = Saiyan Rage - ?
L2 + ^ + Square = Final Revenger - ?
Finishers: Powerful,Unique.
L2 + Down + Triangle = Spirit Finisher - ?
L2 + Down + Circle = Teleporting Fury - ?
L2 + Down + Square = Last Hope - ?
i've only scratched the surface, but i'll let everybody be creative and think of what the attacks do. i'll explain more later.

You mean for a making own character mode, or for character backgrounds? If there was going to be a character making mode, I'd like the following:
Race: Abilliy to choose your race. There should be the following avalible: Saiyan (of course), human, namek, alien (meaning general types like the many henchmen you see serving Freeza in the anime), saibamen (I'm not cazy, well actually I am but... Who doesn't want to be a short crazy planty thing :D) and android.
Gender: Pretty much self explanatory.
Clothing: Let's you from 1 to 3 costumes you may swap between.
Colour: Edit eye, hair, clothing, skin, energy, and aura colour (note: you can edit your special attack colours separately).
Face/Body/Hair: Edit your face, build, body, and hairstyle.
Size: Whether you're a shrimp like baldy or a gorrila like Nappa(the other baldy, though he did have hair at one point).
Moves: Edit you attack list. You might've trained with Roshi and have the Kamahama, or you might Freez's personal body guard and have learnt some of his moves (such as "Death Beam").
Style: This is just some misc options, such as how you walk, your battle stance, your pre battle animation (you may set this differently for different characters. Or select several from a list and choose which one to use before battle), what winning animation is used, and etcetera.
Transformation: What transformations you can perform. This is limited by race.
Voice: Record several different lines of speech for; pre battle, victory, loss, being hit hard, using a super attack (such as you would generaly say "KA-MA-HA-MA_HA!!!" for the kamahama), and etcetera.
Biography: Write your own background.
Well, that's all I can think of. I'll later show my idea for a story making mode. I've been wanting that for a LONG time. Hope you all liked my idea of what Custom Character should be like.
Here, 10 ideas.
1. Drop story mode. I've done it over 5 times now. Its a great story of course, but Super DBZ was fine without it. I never was thinking, boy, I wish this had a story mode; it was just a fun game. However, if you want to, I won't object if you make an all new story to introduce brand new characters you force Toriyama to make for you (thru the use of sacks of money delivered to his house). Think like the playdia game. If you do put a story mode in, don't put in flying around so that you have to wait thru more load times. CERTAINLY put in a way to retry a fight instead of having to go thru several load screens to get back into it; this should be common sense especially since the duel mode has this! Don't make it so you have to fight the same guy over and over especially since you can have 5 people on a fight. The fight against raditz should have just been Goku & Piccolo vs raditz. Then Piccolo+ Gohan+ Tien+ Chiotzu+ Yamcha or Krillin vs 5 saibamen. Then those-yamcha+goku vs nappa. Then Goku vs Vegata and force the computer to transform him 1/2 way thru the fight. Saiyan saga done in 3 fights.
2. Make the difficulty value have no effect on unlocking things. In BT2 you get more XP if you beat the computer on harder but I'm not that good so I just get beat up and very frustrated. So I have to do the same fights over and over to get my zitems leveled up :P I'm always annoyed when certain things are made available because a person is better at playing the game. I shouldn't be punished for something I paid for. I don't play for challenge I play for fun.
3. Make the fighting like Budokai 3 except no Dragon Rushes or in fact any rushes (you can give a rush type attack to Burter as a super move though). Don't put in long animations that slow down the game play. You can make it elaborate but just make it fast. Work on the variety in the combat and giving each person unique specials (blast 1s) and supers (blast 2s) as well as unique stances movements, throws, teleporting (janemba's deconstruction teleport), etc. I like Super DBZ's depth and tenkaichi 2's breadth so if you could combine these into it that would be nice.
4. Make the graphics like Budokai 1. Cel shaded is nice but I liked the more action figure like look of Budokai 1. They felt more solid and like they had more weight to them. I like someone else's suggestion about if the person is for sure going to die by a finisher have them disintegrate.
5. Make the arenas connected. So if you do a full power smash attack into a wall the character will go flying and you'll fly after them into another arena. This can be maybe 3 seconds if you can load that fast. For example, you are fighting in West City. You smash attack upwards thru the sky. You then enter the atmosphere above and you can see the city below. Now you could do a finisher/ultimate or whatever and if it hit them down you could destroy the city then you'd fly after them down there and it would be destroyed. Alternately, you could smash attack up and you'd be in orbit of the planet. You could do the ultimate now and it would blow up the planet completely (or the moon if you hit that way)! You could smash attack again and end up in orbit of namek. Smash attack again and you could break the dimensions and end up on snake way. Smash attack to hell and you could fight down there and it would be harder to break out like on the show. I liked in super dbz where if you fought on king kai's planet you could walk all around it; that would be nice too.
6. Everyone has 5 specials, supers, taunts, and transformations. You could go in and customize all of these. Each character would have at least 2 of each cuztomized for them but you could put the generic ones like rapid fire energy blasts in too. Characters without transformations can be given generic powerup moves like ANGER, HIGH TENSION, UNLOCKED POWER, or things like that. Other characters would have a lot of custom ones. I don't like split up characters. There's 5 or 6 vegeta's in T2. Just put one with alternate costumes (lots of those are a good thing). Then characters like Vegeta could put in what transforms they wanted. SSJ1, SSJ2, Majin SSJ2, Oozaru, SSJ4 (transformation in any order just cost more speicals) But, Vegeta could instead put USSJ1 in instead in any place there. Or he could put in a generic form like ANGER or something. Make transforming shake the area and cause debre to fly around and such or even destroy the ground some. Plus, make the transformations have a greater effect on your fighting and damage. Starting out transformed puts a penalty to your ki or something to compensate.
7. Some specials or supers will not work or work better depending on your transformation. If goku uses kamehameha as ssj4 it'll be 10x. If he uses it at ssj it'll be instant transmission kamehameha. Same for stuff like spirit bomb or dragon fist. The move will indicate you can do this. For some it will just be a bigger beam. Make them really massive. Also, make them shake the area more destroy more things around you.
8. Custom stat mode. Instead of unlocking capsules you unlock degrees of freedom. So you increase how much you can alter a character from their base values. This lets you earn the right to do this but you don't have to keep unequipping everyone to adjust someone else's stats because you don't have the z-item you need.
9. Better selection on the select screen. Rather than adding more and more characters, give more outfits. 18 should have 1/2 a dozen outfits, goku should have a dozen considering. I love the white hair for alternate SSJ4s (like the fake AF SSJ5s online heh). On the select screen you pick the character, transformation, outfit, and then degree of damage. You can also enter extra options such as lock the transformation or outfit condition so you can fight like that without it changing any. If you are picking a computer you set the difficulty from 1-10 and then you can also set a handicap for health ontop of the stat adjustments if you pick custom over the normal version.
10. Hmm..uhh vary the way supers work. For example, I loved the ability to charge up your blast2's in T2 such as kamehameha and having piccolo's charge up longer than the others was really a great thing! Same with Tien being able to do multiple kikoho's/tribeams. Do more of that! Do ones where you have to rotate the control sticks, hit specific buttons or rapidly hit them. That kind of thing is fun so long as it doesn't actually freeze the action like B3's Dragon Rush did.
Bonus! 11. Its great to have unique ways for characters like Roshi or Satan to fly but it shouldn't be like in BT2 where they can't fly as well. I know its realistic but its not good for a fighting game and it makes playing them a pain. Its like people that want realistic fighting powers so roshi has no chance against SSJ4 Gogeta. That's not fun if you are playing Roshi! Keeping the game engine and characters balanced is way more important to me.
Don't get me wrong; I really like T2, but I just would enjoy these changes even more personally. Make it for p2 and wii again because ps3 is several years away for me until that price drops. Sorry its a bit messy and wordy, but thanks.

1. I wouldn't take a second look at the game if it didn't have it, and so would a great deal of other gamers. All fighting games have a story mode now (practicaly), and if you think fighting the same character and getting your butt kicked is annoying than make it an easier mode or LV up before the battle (or use a better stratigey) all of us usually have these problems and these are the ways to get around them. Also, no ever said you had to do the story mode, so taking it out makes no difference to you if you just ignore it. Sorry if I came across as rude.
2. Then we'd all be saying, "WHAT?!? 300XP!?? BUT I BEAT LV 100 PERFECT CELL ON 'ULTRA HARD MODE' AS A ****** LV 1!!!!!!!" That would be annoying wouldn't it? Therefor the majority of gamers would get frustrated with such little reward even with such huge challenge.
3. ....... The fighting in tenkaichi is way more like the anime than walk sideways and barely flying. Although I do miss the capsule system which let you choose between Goku with Spirit Bomb and Goku without (and other such things).

1. I wouldn't take a second look at the game if it didn't have it, and so would a great deal of other gamers. All fighting games have a story mode now (practicaly), and if you think fighting the same character and getting your butt kicked is annoying than make it an easier mode or LV up before the battle (or use a better stratigey) all of us usually have these problems and these are the ways to get around them. Also, no ever said you had to do the story mode, so taking it out makes no difference to you if you just ignore it. Sorry if I came across as rude.
2. Then we'd all be saying, "WHAT?!? 300XP!?? BUT I BEAT LV 100 PERFECT CELL ON 'ULTRA HARD MODE' AS A ****** LV 1!!!!!!!" That would be annoying wouldn't it? Therefor the majority of gamers would get frustrated with such little reward even with such huge challenge.
3. ....... The fighting in tenkaichi is way more like the anime than walk sideways and barely flying. Although I do miss the capsule system which let you choose between Goku with Spirit Bomb and Goku without (and other such things).

It is very very slow from BT1. And I am getting bored with that Game
already. I just want the Game to feel like the Anime. Especially with the
Beasts (Oozaru, Hirudegarn) who should be towering above all the normal
sized characters & the way they got into the same rush with someone like
Bardock who started sharing punches and kicks felt a bit off key to me. I
did not see that at all in the Anime, but I hope I am not being too
overdramatic.
He does seem really fast in BT2 especially with that full dash when you
punch or kick your opponent back.

I just stumbled across this topic and just registered to use these forums so I haven't actually taken the chance to look through all of the posts here. With that said, some of the things I write may have already been written and what not but anyway.
My Suggestions For Boudakai Tenkaichi 3:
Each character should have a unique power level that increases either with play or with capsule editing. Much like the experience system.
The capsule system should be able to work with each acceptable character. Such as the Majin Seal. Why must there be a seperate Vegeta for this. Should be that you put Majin Seal on the Standard Vegeta and he starts the match as Majin Vegeta and can't become other wise. I honestly never see the point of having 4 different vegetas. This way would be cool because I'm thinking maybe put a Flight capsule in and put that on hercule so he can fly, that way i dont get ring out every time 18 hits me into the air. I was dissappointed that I couldn't go halfway between SSJ1 and SSJ2 with Goku even though he did it in the show.
The best part of the DBZ Games are the What If Stories. Should be more of that. THere were what if fusions in Boudakai 2 and then they were gone. Those were awesome. I'd definately like to play with a Super Saiyan Raditz too. It is say to assume that every saiyan can become a Super Saiyan, right?
I like the fact that ssj4 goku and ssj4 vegeta were 2 different characters but if they were to be just transformations of Goku and Vegeta, don't change the clothes. Maybe just rip the shirts.
Create a Character? Much like in that other multi-platform fighting game we all love and know so much.
2 Player Practice and Advance Practice Controls
3D Cinematic Cutscenes instead of these breathing characters that speak in between the Narrator's commentary. But dont over do it. The intro is awesome but I wouldn't want to go through a whole story with that display.
Meh, Thats all that comes to mind. I honestly wouldn't care if the game was just released with no changes and they just put a new name on it. Its the best DBZ Game I've ever played and its one of the best fighting games too. It's a long way from Boudakai 1.

Here, 10 ideas.
1. Drop story mode. I've done it over 5 times now. Its a great story of course, but Super DBZ was fine without it. I never was thinking, boy, I wish this had a story mode; it was just a fun game. However, if you want to, I won't object if you make an all new story to introduce brand new characters you force Toriyama to make for you (thru the use of sacks of money delivered to his house). Think like the playdia game. If you do put a story mode in, don't put in flying around so that you have to wait thru more load times. CERTAINLY put in a way to retry a fight instead of having to go thru several load screens to get back into it; this should be common sense especially since the duel mode has this! Don't make it so you have to fight the same guy over and over especially since you can have 5 people on a fight. The fight against raditz should have just been Goku & Piccolo vs raditz. Then Piccolo+ Gohan+ Tien+ Chiotzu+ Yamcha or Krillin vs 5 saibamen. Then those-yamcha+goku vs nappa. Then Goku vs Vegata and force the computer to transform him 1/2 way thru the fight. Saiyan saga done in 3 fights.
2. Make the difficulty value have no effect on unlocking things. In BT2 you get more XP if you beat the computer on harder but I'm not that good so I just get beat up and very frustrated. So I have to do the same fights over and over to get my zitems leveled up :P I'm always annoyed when certain things are made available because a person is better at playing the game. I shouldn't be punished for something I paid for. I don't play for challenge I play for fun.
3. Make the fighting like Budokai 3 except no Dragon Rushes or in fact any rushes (you can give a rush type attack to Burter as a super move though). Don't put in long animations that slow down the game play. You can make it elaborate but just make it fast. Work on the variety in the combat and giving each person unique specials (blast 1s) and supers (blast 2s) as well as unique stances movements, throws, teleporting (janemba's deconstruction teleport), etc. I like Super DBZ's depth and tenkaichi 2's breadth so if you could combine these into it that would be nice.
4. Make the graphics like Budokai 1. Cel shaded is nice but I liked the more action figure like look of Budokai 1. They felt more solid and like they had more weight to them. I like someone else's suggestion about if the person is for sure going to die by a finisher have them disintegrate.
5. Make the arenas connected. So if you do a full power smash attack into a wall the character will go flying and you'll fly after them into another arena. This can be maybe 3 seconds if you can load that fast. For example, you are fighting in West City. You smash attack upwards thru the sky. You then enter the atmosphere above and you can see the city below. Now you could do a finisher/ultimate or whatever and if it hit them down you could destroy the city then you'd fly after them down there and it would be destroyed. Alternately, you could smash attack up and you'd be in orbit of the planet. You could do the ultimate now and it would blow up the planet completely (or the moon if you hit that way)! You could smash attack again and end up in orbit of namek. Smash attack again and you could break the dimensions and end up on snake way. Smash attack to hell and you could fight down there and it would be harder to break out like on the show. I liked in super dbz where if you fought on king kai's planet you could walk all around it; that would be nice too.
6. Everyone has 5 specials, supers, taunts, and transformations. You could go in and customize all of these. Each character would have at least 2 of each cuztomized for them but you could put the generic ones like rapid fire energy blasts in too. Characters without transformations can be given generic powerup moves like ANGER, HIGH TENSION, UNLOCKED POWER, or things like that. Other characters would have a lot of custom ones. I don't like split up characters. There's 5 or 6 vegeta's in T2. Just put one with alternate costumes (lots of those are a good thing). Then characters like Vegeta could put in what transforms they wanted. SSJ1, SSJ2, Majin SSJ2, Oozaru, SSJ4 (transformation in any order just cost more speicals) But, Vegeta could instead put USSJ1 in instead in any place there. Or he could put in a generic form like ANGER or something. Make transforming shake the area and cause debre to fly around and such or even destroy the ground some. Plus, make the transformations have a greater effect on your fighting and damage. Starting out transformed puts a penalty to your ki or something to compensate.
7. Some specials or supers will not work or work better depending on your transformation. If goku uses kamehameha as ssj4 it'll be 10x. If he uses it at ssj it'll be instant transmission kamehameha. Same for stuff like spirit bomb or dragon fist. The move will indicate you can do this. For some it will just be a bigger beam. Make them really massive. Also, make them shake the area more destroy more things around you.
8. Custom stat mode. Instead of unlocking capsules you unlock degrees of freedom. So you increase how much you can alter a character from their base values. This lets you earn the right to do this but you don't have to keep unequipping everyone to adjust someone else's stats because you don't have the z-item you need.
9. Better selection on the select screen. Rather than adding more and more characters, give more outfits. 18 should have 1/2 a dozen outfits, goku should have a dozen considering. I love the white hair for alternate SSJ4s (like the fake AF SSJ5s online heh). On the select screen you pick the character, transformation, outfit, and then degree of damage. You can also enter extra options such as lock the transformation or outfit condition so you can fight like that without it changing any. If you are picking a computer you set the difficulty from 1-10 and then you can also set a handicap for health ontop of the stat adjustments if you pick custom over the normal version.
10. Hmm..uhh vary the way supers work. For example, I loved the ability to charge up your blast2's in T2 such as kamehameha and having piccolo's charge up longer than the others was really a great thing! Same with Tien being able to do multiple kikoho's/tribeams. Do more of that! Do ones where you have to rotate the control sticks, hit specific buttons or rapidly hit them. That kind of thing is fun so long as it doesn't actually freeze the action like B3's Dragon Rush did.
Bonus! 11. Its great to have unique ways for characters like Roshi or Satan to fly but it shouldn't be like in BT2 where they can't fly as well. I know its realistic but its not good for a fighting game and it makes playing them a pain. Its like people that want realistic fighting powers so roshi has no chance against SSJ4 Gogeta. That's not fun if you are playing Roshi! Keeping the game engine and characters balanced is way more important to me.
Don't get me wrong; I really like T2, but I just would enjoy these changes even more personally. Make it for p2 and wii again because ps3 is several years away for me until that price drops. Sorry its a bit messy and wordy, but thanks.
1. no story mode what are you stupid? though story modew could be betterly done cause it doesnt make sense to own and then flash to cut scene of losing....though more what ifs would be nice but story mode has to be in just needs some work as usual.

6. i agree once transformed theres little reason to detransform and somethiong atta be done but i do like seperate characters for there time lines in show that has to stay. though i think its a little redudunant at points as id like to be able to go SSJ or ape in the same character even if it wasnt done on the show if nothing it could be solved with create a character allowing you to do that so you could have a ssj and an ape all in one with some leveling. and none transformed guys need a power up its true they dont have any advantage or help but in the show they didnt either soo who knows what a good solution is maybe humans can go super human? and there should be some way of beating a ssj out of ssj form as is once in ssj3 whats the point of powering down? you cant be beat down so no reason too should be a way to beat you down that makes sense not like old budokai games oh you dont have 5 ki bars filled and fell down you power down. either figure a good way to do this or leave it alone dont want you taking a blind chance on a good game
7. they already have this goku does kao ken but when ssj does something else its in already
8. so earn money and buy z items? simple stop whining at least i didnt see much wrong with z itemns in this game better than the old z items had moves and crap that was gay.
9. while more costumes are needed for some people also some people from dragonball should be included it was promised but wasnt delivered this time. of course if we have create a character ill be more forgiving on lack of characters
10. or on the wii mote make this kind of thing motion sensored it was really annoying to go from waving arms around to rotating a joystick mixed with mashing A and B constantly your hands get tired. if this was motion sensored like a real struggle itd be alot better
11. i agree it was a pain especially when using them in story mode like fighting as hercule against 18 in the tournament kept ring outting cause he had a jet pack but couldnt fly not sure why lol.

Good list and idea. But what about "Mouth Beam"? Add that and the list will be perfect (Giant rockthrow might need to be added in... or we might be invaded by aliens soon (:alien::alien::alien: :cry:) :p).
Oh yes, I guess I'll state my idea for a story maker mode. It'd be pretty easy to make a story mode for Tenkaichi (unless they were to incompetent to make this so), all you have to do is:
1. Select a map the story takes place in (aka: namek or earth).
2. Place all the secrets across the map (aka: little star thingies.) and any cut scenes you want for that particular event.
3. Place all the main story events (Red dots) across the map.
4. Make the cutscenes for your story events, secret events, and others (how to make them is described below.).
5. Edit other features such as fights in the story event or random encountery thing.
Now.... how to make cut scenes. It's a lot simpler then you'd think, in the way I've planned it at least. The cut scenes will be like in Budokai 3, with the characters and the speech bubbles, only you have lots more expressions than they had originaly. Here is what you have to do to make one of these cut scenes:
1. You go into cut scene making mode.
2. You select the character you want to speak first. Or you select the "Narrator", which is either a either a sound effect (like the ones in budokai 3), or a speech bubble with the text the narrator says. (Skip to "5" if you picked 'Narrator', or "6" if you picked 'Sound effect'.)
3. You choose the expression of the character (meaning happy, scared, hurt, angry, etcetera).
4. You pick the type of speech bubble used (meaning shouting, whispering, normal or thought).
5. You input the text that the character/narrator says.
6. You put in the sound effect or speech that you desire. (optional)
7. Choose what will happen after the speech/sound is ‘X’ed (meaning the player presses the X button to get the next text/sound/fight.). Out of: another person speaking, a sound effect, narration, conversation end, or a fight starts.
8. You repeat the process if you picked speech, narration or sound effect, and you put in the fight you want if you picked fight. If you end the conversation there you may go back and edit any details you want changed or save it and leave (saving it is optional).
There are a lot more general options (such as saving it, deleting it, and naming the conversation), but I won’t specifically go into them now (though I will answer questions about my idea). I’ll work on the outlay of the fight editor mode later, and I hope you and Atari liked my idea for a Story Maker Mode.

About how it seemed very wierd from that Video a small character and a large
character going into a rush together. I have not seen that in the Anime
before & to bring that into the Game seems way off like I said when the
Oozaru emits blasts from their hands. Could this be taken off as well as well
as them in Oozaru powering up in the upcoming planned generation DB Game?

And Conners, thanx for your reply. I also think that the Rock throw should be
something that should be freely optional. Meaning just adding that will mean
you are limiting that warrior or beast to subduing to one particular thing.
What I am trying to say like the other warriors is that they could do so much
other things that could be launched at their foes. Such as an Oozaru picking
up a piece of a building roof or part of a cliff or even from the ground &
throwing it at their foe, making it seem realistic & true to the DB Show. More
or less can be said about someone like Cell who picks up his foe from the leg,
swings them around & throws them to the ground. He can do other things as
well, such as picking them from the hand or leg and simply throwing them

Thanks :D. StoryMode maker by the way :p. I'm not posting to add in the fight maker outlay, I regret to inform you. But I am stating a bunch of general ideas for Budokai Tenkaichi 3.
More realistic storymode. Meaning that instead of you pummeling Raditz with Goku like he's yesterday's rubish and in the cut scene Raditz is unharmed and Goku says he can't believe his brother's power, give Raditz the ability to pummle Goku like he's yesterday's rubbish and have the story continue even though you lost. And in the case where goku wins anyway even though it's half impossible, have the story change so that Goku beats Raditz anyway even though he lost in the anime. This could be replaced however with Raditz being very very angry and beating goku up during the cut scene (less annoying than to have him react like you missed him every time and your strongest attack didn't hurt him.).
Power Level Sytem. I don't mean for the LVing system to be replaced. The system could work in either of these ways: 1. The character's strength is rated by what his atributes are, with a power level. 2. The Character's experiance points are actually his power level. Also, you should be able to adjust the Characters power level before a fight in dueling mode, and atribute points are distributed acordingly (the point of this is to be WAY faster than using atribute capsules.).
Better and more suiting AI. Meaning I want the computer to be smarter, and act more like the character it's being (such as: Goku won't stand there and shoot KI blast after KI blast at the start of the fight, but is likely to charge forward at the opponent head on to begin with.).
More character interaction. I want the characters to have at least one thing to say per character during prebattle. Meaning I want them to say something different to everyone. Also, if saiyan Vegeta fights Frieza he'll interact normally, but if Vegeta transforms into super saiyan during the fight then Frieza will say something like: "I-Impossible! You can't be the legendary Super Saiyan! You're just a pathetic MONKEY, THAT NEEDS TO BE CRUSHED!!!" and then after that, Vegeta will say something like: "Hmph. Time for you to pay for Planet Vegeta."
Reenactment events. During any fight, if a reenactment should happen, then it should have some special effect. Such as, if Goku and Piccolo tag team against Raditz, Raditz defeats (or gets down to the last heath bar) Goku, and Piccolo uses special beam cannon, then Goku will grab Raditz from behind. This will have several effects. 1. Raditz will get hit no matter what. 2. Goku (if he was only injured and not K.Oed) will die. 3. Raditz will take extra damage. There will also be simpler things, such as if a saibaman uses self destruct on Yamcha, he'll die automatically if it gets him. I'll make a list of interesting reenactments later (others are also welcome to add to the list). Reenactment's should be able to be turned off in options.
Well, can't think of anything else at the moment (and I'm to tired to type anymore just now.). So I hope you guys like my ideas.

I love them all. Especially the part of the idea of customising your character
to make them stronger either in the Storymode or in Duel Mode.
WANT IT! The next one is (which I posted on Pg 1) where characters
will make a quote to how their opponent powers into their transformed state
or uses one of their power special attacks on them with different quotes.
That is a MUST.

- all storylines in Dragonball, Dragonball Z und Dragonball GT
- all characters which had an appearance in Dragonball, Dragonball Z und Dragonball GT
- Goku and Vegeta Super Saiyan 4 should not be a single playable character (like you it was in Tenkaichi I)
- everything should be locked (stages like Namek and so on) and everything should be de-energised by using 2 z-objects (only Goku und Kuririn and Kame House should be able to use at startingpoint in exhibitionmode)
- a new feature should be uncluded: A open fighting mode (character is selected by you and the rest like "win with superfinisher" or "in time" or "survivor" or "let apponent win" should be random by computer) think that will increase the long-time-motivation
- more details in graphic
- in dragonadventures: more realistic prologs and sequenzes.

Here's more to the list of Reanactments.
Nappa's Scar. If Vegeta and Nappa tag team, and Krillin uses an energy disk on Nappa, then: Nappa will charge forward at the disk, thinking of it as an interesting challenge. Vegeta will then scream, "NAPPA! DODGE IT!" Or something like that (can't remember the exact line). Nappa will attempt to, but his face will get cut with a permanent scar. He then gets angry at Krillin, for "Cutting his beutiful face." :rolleyes: Effects: 1. Nappa will avoid the attack. 2. A scar will be placed on his cheek for the rest of the fight.
Freeza's tail. If Krillin uses his ultimate attack (the one with all the disks) on Freeza in his second form, then he will doge all the disks, accept one. This disk will sever the spike off his tail. Effects: 1. Freeza will lose the spike on his tail on all forms. 2. Freeza will take only a fraction of the normal damage. 3. Freeza will lose any attacks whick require his tail spike.
Yarjarobe's unusual bravery. If Krillin uses destrocto disk on Oozaru Vegeta then, you guessed it, Yarjarobe will cut off his tail after it misses (providing that he's in your party and he's at full health. Effects: 1. Vegeta will revert to saiyan mode. 2. He will be unable to transform into Oozaru for the entire fight. 3. He will be very slightly weakened.
Others are welcome to come up with their own reanactments if they like.

correct me if im wrong but isnt it spike who makes the game and atari simply produces it and translates it? so wouldnt that mean we would have to send the ideas over to spike for this thread to have any effect? not trying to be a downer here but i believe this could be false hope. if not then perhaps i should share my website full of ideas

You think they will beta test T3? Because they over looked a major glitch. If you do your Ultimate move to someone on the ground, causing the map to get destroyed, depending on when the map explodes is when the opponent stops taking damage. At one point, my enemy took 1000 damage because I used a Spirit Bomb (full charged) and it caused the map to explode. I think they should revert it back to B3 where even if you destroy the map, the character still takes the full amount of damage.

But they will always forward it to Spike who will go through the list of
requests & start development from there. That's what Atari does, but I guess
it will not hurt for there to be a way to forward it straight to Spike. Anyone
else agree?

There are a few more features I forgot to mention for my idea.
Custom character. You can let others play your story through the internet (if tenkaichi 3 has internet acess like I hope it does). To make this easier for conversations, you can put *character name* which will make the name of the player character come up.
Fight editor. I'm finaly going to tell you how the fight editor works. First, you select how many enemies and allies will be in the battle (there has to be one allie slot empty for the PC(Player character) though). Then, you edit the PLs(Power Levels) of both teams. After that, you set a condition to win the battle (this'll be about the highlight of complication in the story maker. But even that won't be so hard), such as defeat all enemies, defeat a certain enemy, survive for a certain duration of time, etcetera. You also can add effects to the battle, such as everyones' health might decrease due to poisonous miasma in the air. After the effects, set who is and who isn't effected by which effects. Choose the map which the fight will take place in. You may also pick which moves are unable to be used. And of course, you can turn reanactmens on or off (in fact, a certain reanactment might be the condition to win the battle). That's most of the features I can think of. There's save, name, and delete of course.
I may've stated this before, but most features will allow you to record your own speech then use it for a custom character, a conversation event, and possibly much much more (like talking through your mike during a fight while on an internet battle).
Here are a few general ideas.
1. Much much huger battle fields.
2. 4 characters on a battle field at once. Although this should have a few limits in a matter of speaking. Such as you can have no more than 2 human players if only 1 screen is being used (having a screen split four ways is just too much). If the other players are online however, than there can be the 4 humans at once.
3. Internet dueling, chat, tournaments, and perhaps more.
4. Tail spike attack. Freeza should have a special attack on his 2nd and 3rd form that lets him (when he's on the ground at least) spike his tail into the ground. It'll then come up under the closest character on or near the ground. Note: Freeza loses this if Krillin cuts his tail off with his ultimate attack.

playing another character & the On-Line part which you mentioned is great.
That first part is very good.
Now your points:
1. A definite MUST without a doubt!
2. Having your tag team pal with you when they are online is a very creative
& innovating idea.
3. A reasonable choice, a way to download cheats, secret areas, & upgrade
your character to the next level.
4. That part I like but again this is something I feel all characters should be
able to do of free will. So Piccolo can stretch his arm out without that
having to be a particular skill, like I said above. Give all characters
the chance to do other things rather than only giving them a limited combo
or skill.
This is really good Conners, keep it up!

I watched Broly: The Second Coming and I got an idea. When Goten is SSJ, he shoots off an energy blast at Broly, who naturally, blocks it. After that, Goten begins to launch blast after blast in this giant barrage. He literally shoots out over 30 blasts, which creates this smoke cloud. I feel that if T3 added the multi-blast for every character and the smoke effect then I believe that it would benefit the game, as it would follow more closely to the anime.
Just got the idea on how to do the multi-blast attack. You normally press triangle to shoot out a ki blast. The more you push, the more comes out until you hit your limit. I think there should be no limit to how many you can shoot out. The limit is your ki bar. Also, the faster you push the triangle button, not only will your character shoot blasts faster, they will also become stronger and do more damage. The draw back to this is, you can burn out your ki if you are not careful. You blow it all and your character will become fatigued.

I really think, to make a better DBZ game, there can't be limits on what you can do, because there wasn't limits in the anime. The only limits were their energy and life force. They were able to punch and kick in different directions, as well as different ways of performing that type of attack, while continuing the string with rushes and blast moves.

Well, that does sound fair, but characters like Burter and Jeice would both pound on one person without any remorce whatsoever. So there's the up side of fairness, and the downside of unrealisticness. I generaly think that you should be able to all fight the same guy if you want to. That way you can get a real challenge if your one guy against 5, and you'll need alot of teamwork and strategy in a team battle. Otherwise, they'll just pick off one of your guys and swarm you. It's a good idea still, and maybe you could turn this setting on and off before fights. On the subject of everyone on the battlefield at once. You should be able to change how many people can be on it at once between 2 (one from each team) to 10 (5 V.S 5).
Answer to PS: I agree 100% ;) Though better graphics will be a nice edition- what type of graphics will they use anyway? -.

Well i havn't Got Tekanchi 2 yet but what i have seen on many sites about the game gives me a few ideas:
1:More Ripped Clothes And Damage Too Characters Appearance(Seen this Everywere)
2:A Longer Story Mode(Also seen a lot)
3:Maybe do a story mode were you play as Villains Not Heroes(Does That Happen On Tekanchi 2?)

Sorry for not replying to this earlier but that is a GREAT idea. Make it
that we are able to switch from the English & Japanese Music mixed by

Hi everyone, I would like to thank Atari for all the DBZ games specially DBZ BT2 a game I dreamed of since I was a little kid.
The game is awesome but here are my suggestions for BT3 that can make the game better
~ Bigger Maps and more details in graphic (at least x2 bigger than BT2)
~ Better environmental damage (Explosions when attacks hit the floor)
~ More Maps
~ More detailed and sharp drawn characters
~ More unique (Blasts, Taunts)
~ More costumes
~ More ripped clothes and minor blood
~ More characters
~ Create your own character
~ Ball vs. beam / Ball vs. ball struggles
~ Longer Blast Struggles
~ More ‘What ifs’ (make lots of new characters in the ‘what if’ story)
~ Higher sky (at least 25% higher or above the clouds)
~ Giants should be bigger
~ Better story mode cutscenes (like when Bardock tried to kill frieze)
~ Better character selection
~ no cutscenes for some blasts and attacks
~ All characters should have unique attack moves
~ Water should have better waves when (hovering, transforming, blasts hit the water surface or hits a foe near the surface)
~ Some characters should be able to transform instantly and add screaming while transforming
~ Better Tag team battles and 2 vs. 1 battle
~ Facial expressions
~ Equipting items should be off the story mode
~ Blasts that can ruin a map should be off if the blast is fired on a foe who is above him

Sorry but its almost a sure thing that the 360 will never see a DBZ game in its lifetime. Now that all the rights of DBZ games belong to Japanese companies they will never be made for the 360 unless they say so.

USS-Bebi, i agree with you as Mecha Frieza needs that attack without a doubt instead of the previous copy of full power Frieza's ultimate.

-I like that aura for Goku. That is how him as an example should power up
when he uses the Kaio-Ken x 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, & 20.
-That is exactly what I wondered. Frieza (when he destroyed Bardock & the
Planet Vegeta he uses this Death Ball (Orange/Yellow). It should be this & the
Purple one as different attacks.
-NO RUSH MOVES FOR CHARACTERS. Everything should happen in REAL TIME
for characters.

Even if it does, I think the XBox 360 has not got enough space on the 30GB
HD-DVD Disk when in comparable to the Blu-Ray which has a staggering 50GB
but I will see what happens in the near future.

Wow, some great Ideas on this page!:up: Hopefully a lot of them make it to the next game huh? Cyborg Frieza absolutely must have that super nova like move instead of the standard death ball.
Also, don't worry about disk space Lightning, I can't imagine that it would be an issue for quite some time, if the Next GTA and Halo 3 could be put on the 360 then DBZ could too. If not then they could use 1 DVD for story mode and a different DVD for everything else.
btw Lighting, when I said custom soundtracks I meant like on most Xbox games where you put your own music on the Consoles hard drive and the game uses what ever music you put on the HD. That way people could put the Japanese tracks on there themselves (or any music for that matter) and Atari would't have to pay for the rights

Dragonballs: There should be 2 kind of Dragonballs. From earth and Namek. Because actually you can cheat that. Capture all Dragonballs on earth and call Porunga on Namek (3 wishes).
In the character encyclopedia (bio, model, sound) should be added a page with the the attacks and a preview of the attacks and details like damage and counter probability or hit rate and so on.
If a character got 2 attires, then you should see it when you select the character. (Then you don`t have to fight when you just want to see it)

Yes there should be two sets of Dragonballs one from Earth, one from Namek.
With the Earth ones (Shenlong) granting you 1 wish & the Namek ones
(Porunga) granting you 3 wishes. I support this 100%.
The Character Encyclopedia with biography of any warrior, their model, their
voices, transformations, & attacks is quite an intruiging idea. Thanx for
coming up with that one Broly LegendSSJ. Gets to show players a bit more
about them (especially those who have just heard of Dragonball).
I like that a lot.
Oh, I see 123456. I guess they could in a way do that move like they did for
Driver 2 when having to change CD's.
That custom Music used as an option on the Console Hard Drive is also a good
idea, as I guess we can choose what music from Toei Animation & FUNimation
to listen to and how well it fits with the actual scene in Dragonball or
Dragonball Z. But I would not really mind it if they actually add it into the
Game, either that or they give a FREE Soundtrack CD Disk set that contains
the entire music used from Toei Animation as well as FUNimation. You feeling
that idea?

I think there must be more detailed abbilitys. Like everyone talks about hitting the "big guys" like Broly, Hildegarn, ... Everbody says someone (e.g. Kuririn) can`t punch them and someone (e.g. kid boo) can punch them. (simple punches)
I don`t know exactly how to serve that problem but I think the Atari guys can find a solution.
Maybe new abbilitys should be added. KI loading speed or something like that.

I agree with you 100%. There is no such thing as limits when it came to the
DB World, so they have to go all out with this next Game.
theres no limits when it comes to strength and power... but they have limits in term of stamina... they do get winded and sweat profusely when expending alot of power and are fighting... >.>

Ok some more ideas from me
1. add the anime kamehameha (sp?) like this you knock the oponent away then you activate it and goku etc etc says slowly in the stance ka...me....ha....me....HAAAAA and fires it then if its a beam struggle you can do the move again and goku yells doing another one inside the existing one and it overpowers doing extra damage
2. super ghost kamakazi should be like this goten makes one it charges if it hits he makes like 3 more if they hit he makes 7 then if they hit he makes 10 also add galatica donuts + kamehameha fire donuts trap oponent then kamehameha them while they are traped
3.add bulma her moves would use capsules such as a tank capsule a gun capsule etc etc
4. make hirudegarn lord slug (large) Oozaru and all the large chars the anime size
5 when you hit an oponent into a wall they get stuck and a crater appears around them giving you a chance to beam then or hit them into it until it collapses

You should be able to interact with the T3 storyline. B1 did this with Goku holding Radditz while Piccolo charged up the Special Beam Cannon.

I would like to see some improved graphics. I mean to me budokia3 looked better in graphics. I would also like to see a "Retry button" Im tired of dying and having to go threw loading screens.

Or you can power down from Saiyaman state, power up & go SS2 for Gohan.
Then you can do serious damage to your opponent.
And this is not a thread to post help reagrding ways to complete BT2. It is
ways to improve on BT2 dramatically on the upcoming generation DB Game.

Gokus Kaioken attack should only work when you load up with circle +L2 (like in Tenkaichi 1) and it should be possible to load it up more and more by holding this kombination (like Kamehameha) so you can do a Kaioken times 10. Performed only with triangle + up + L2.
Simply said Kaioken attack same system as in last Tenkaichi, within loading KI. Think this ones cool?

Everyone check this out. What if they made an online dueling mode(all broadband). Then on top of that other people could watch the match either as apart of an audience or as a dbz character that u control on whatever map the fight is taking place on. You should be able to get hit with stray attacks(just throwing that in).

For example, a 2 on 1 fight where all 3 characters are fighting at the same time just like in the series. Who would not like to play a fight like Goku and Vegeta Vs. Majin Buu? Your Goku and your friend is Vegeta(online or offline) and the computer or a third player is Majin Buu. I would like that. Wouldn't you?

In the story mode, while fighting, you should get interrupted by an in game cutscene fight sequence that guides the fight to the end.
Or better yet, every fight you win/lose changes the story.
From a previous post from a year ago...
I think a Create-a-Fusion mode would be awesome. You pick 2 characters, pick either Potara or Fusion Dance, and use percentage sliders for who the person would be more like.
Example: 20% Krillin and 80% Nappa would give the body shape and face of Nappa, but with 6 dots on his head, and Krillin's clothing.
Even more awesome about a feature like this, would be fusing 2 already fused characters, like Gogeta and Vegetto, or Vegetto and Gotenks.
Of course, fusing a guy with a girl wouldn't be allowed, because that'd be disturbing.

I agree most definitely, online is an important edition (so is custom characters). Although it doesn't necessarily need to be broadband. I'm not sure how it'd work for spectators being in the fighting arena, although they could be out side the barrier, and any stray attacks will go right through, sometimes hitting the audience as you said. And if one of the fighters got knocked into the barrier, they'd go right through it (possibly into one of the audience) and then fly back in automatically.

The slow powerful huge kind that he used on Frieza, and the smaller more compact (though still packs a punch) kind he used on Vegeta (sort of). They should both take quite a while to power charge (the Frieza one being longer of course), and should be able to be bounced by allies (as was done by Gohan) into enemies.
2. Sounds good, though this should be able to be turned on and off if they want to market it for 6 year olds. They could also have that it'll cut Piccolo's arm off, or Freiza's tail off.

3. Have something like "Super Melee" mode, in which several fighters initiate a cut sceneic battle which they win with a mixture of button mashing, stick twirling, timed button pressing, and pressing buttons in a certain order. I'll go into this more detailedly later.
4. Have more modes. Like "Death Match" (a free for all battle), and "Free for all Team Battle" up to 4 teams (the object is to eliminate all other teams).

I agree with this 100%. But for this it is an optional thing. Meaning Goku, or
Cell should decide on how much energy they should put into the Spirit Bomb
so it can grow to any sizeis they desire. So as you said it can be either the
size of a small Soccer Ball or a Small Moon.

Yep, I agree with this one. Some moves used in the Anime Series & Movies
were not all added to the past DB Games. Add this one & much more (the
ones I added on Page 1).

A way to add a power level to gauge your character's power level & decrease

*Using too much power in an attack
*Flying for too long

I love that. A scene where they (Not the big characters) get into a smash
scene where they connect blows, fists, hitting heads, and they are just blurs
if they either stay in 1 spot or fly around the environment destroying
buildings, cliffs, and even causing a creater in the ground.

I agree with that but here is my Ideas
1.Stardust Breaker as cutscene coz it sucks in BT and BT2 as active move
2.I would like Idea where Your character could get tired from using Beams,etc.
3.Something like in shows combos where each other punches and kicks and evades and rises up and can do anything in a combo without breakin it
4.Androids should be able to rush and do anything without getting tired coz they have eternal energy
5.It would be cool that if you do Kamehameha and don't charge it much etc.Broly or some strongeer with more Ki gauge than Ex:Goku would be able to punch it aside or rush through it.And you could be able to pull your hands staright when Kamehameha comes and push it

I worked on a "character wishlist" to show ATARI, which one has to be in the game. I know ATARI can not add all my characterwishes but I hope nearly all of them. Download the Microsoft Worddokument (7,5 MB) and tell me your opinion. I worked about 6 hours on it. I think I got nearly everone in it, who has fight in the Sagas.

well, there are several capsules in this game that allow you to fire unblockable Blast 2/ Ultimate Blasts that make you dizzy right after.

Broly LegendSSJ you've done a great job on that list:up: but some of those characters are useless, for example I would never use any of the dinassaurs, Upa and some others, also there are what if transformations that I don't like, Brolly SSJ4 and Gotenks SSJ4 to be exact. Overall the list is great and you should create some move list for the less seen characters.
I got XP but it don't change it from 97 Version
I didn't understand a thing of what you just said.
Also, last time I checked there was Windows95, Windows98, Windows2000, Windows ME, Windows XP and Windows Vista.

The first thing that I think should be addressed is the size and destructiveness of the environments. They should fully destructable (including the floor) and almost infinite like the old "Dragon Ball Z Legends" game for the PS1 and Sega Saturn. Also, all the world should be huge and connected so it would be possible to fight through all of the environments during 1 fight.
Another thing that should be brought back from "Dragon Ball Z Legends" were the 3 on 3 simultaneous battles. That means no tagging like in Tenkaichi 2. There's literally 6 characters fighting on the field at once that you can switch to at any time. There were even double/triple team capabilities in that game.
In fight transformations are really cool, but should be much more dramatic and powerful looking while transforming (e.g.-mountains falling, canyons being created, etc.). Also gathering ki for the more powerful characters should have similar effects while the weaker ones should at least make pebbles float.
Another thing about transformations is that some characters should be able to get hit hard enough to get detransformed, like in Budokai 3. There should also be a mode where every character has their "realistic" power levels and a separate mode that evens the battle like every Budokai game. There all of the costumes and varieties of them should be there (e.g.-Future Trunks-pony tail; Future Trunks-loose hair)
Playstation 3 should have no problem handling all of this. In fact, this would be the only game that would make me buy a Playstaion 3.

Another thing is that when the 2 peeps are in a beam/ball struggle, when they use their energy to win, they start to power up, like if normal Goku is winning a beam struggle, he'll turn kaoken (like he did against vegeta) or if Brolly is in a struggle and he starts winning, he'll fire extra ki-shots into his meteor attack, making it bigger.
Also, adding to what someone said before, that every win or lose guides the story into a different direction. for example, if your playing Bardock's story, you fight freiza and if you lose planet vegeta explode, etc, etc. but if you win, Bardock goes super saiyan and kills frieza. so in another words, put in ALOT more what-ifs and take out the battle situation things (survive for 60 seconds, win, etc)
give everyone alot more attacks. like give goku solar flair, etc.
and put GT goku and GT vegeta in. if not, then make them at least alt. costumes and make SS4 a transformation for Goku n Vegeta

Yeah, good ideas.
I think that they should also have more in the story mode. I mean in the normal story mode some of the cut scenes are confusing since they don't show you the whole story. Like show Cell blow up and stuff like that. This was really bad in bt 1 where they didn't show anything. Also in a survival battle at the end they should have a cutscene of you getting beaten up badly. It makes it more realistic.

Having Nappa talk on his scouter is a great idea, but I thought that Goku turned back because the virus made him really weak (though 19 bashing him around wouldn't have helped).

Adding to the struggles is a good idea. Yeah, they did take that long, and it was just a way to reuse animations and stretch out the series for the selfish. It wasn't nearly that long in the manga, but longer struggles would be a great edition, nice idea :up:. Everything else you said about struggles is fantastic.

i dunno if somebody asked for this, but im gonna say it anyways. they should fix the teleporting system. make it more like B3 where all you have to do is just press O after u knock em back. and also each character can teleport a certain amount of times according to their strength, like kid gohan can only teleport three times, while SS4 Gogeta can teleport as many times as he wants until he runs out of ki.
this sorta leads to another point im gonna add. seeing that vegeta as like 10 different forms, shouldnt they sorta make different forms for most of the other characters? i mean, take Goku for instances. He should have multiple forms, each fitting for a different saga. Like he would have a saiyan/frieza saga form,
android/cell saga form, and Buu saga form. They would each have different attacks too, like SS1 Gokue from Frieza saga wouldnt have the instant-transmision kamehameha attack like he had during the cell saga cuz he didn't have it at the time. I know this would mean that this would tack on 100 new character forms and the system it's on probably can't handle it, but its just a suggestion. also, the would look different too, like frieza SS1 Goku looked like he was on every steroids on the market while SS1 Goku from all the other sagas looked like normal Goku with gold hair.
take out useless characters like Hercule too. He's just a waste of space. If you're gonna still have him in the game, then make his attacks better (or funnier cuz in T2 they were kinda stale...) like give him a gun or somethin.
make the alt. costumes better. take out the alternate colors and put in actual different costumes. and put shirtless goku in. i mean, 9 times outta 10 he had no shirt on in the series.
fix the 'tank' mode thing or watever its called (like Broly or other big chars. cant get phased from melee attacks). make it based on power lvl. Like kid goku could never phase Gogeta or some strong char. also, some super attacks can't phase stronger characters, like in movie 8, when goku did a kamehameha against Broly, it didnt do anything. but in the game it would still do dammage and if he's flying towards you it would stop him, but it wouldnt send him flying backwards.

I would like to add a few more things to my list:
In the character profiles, there should be an option to select the different voice remarks rather than them be at random.
There should also be more voice listings for certain characters like Vegito.
He has only like 6 remarks/voices in this game and thats it, when Goku and Vegeta have lots.:downcast:
Stop overusing the word ''Begone'' because it is simply used too much in this game.
Make the transformations more unique and the transformation cutscene last longer.
For instance with SSJ3 Goku's transformation make the wind blow at a high speed and zoom in on Goku's hair and watch it grow slowly.
Frieza's final form should break out of a shell, and when performing Cell's transformations he should absorb Android 17 and 18 each and every time.
Because i know you are trying to make the game fast paced, but these things need to be adressed and worked on.
Or atleast have an option of having a short transformation or full transformation in options mode or to be chosen before each duel.
Make all the characters move quicker to an extent of Burters speed.
By this i am not saying they should all be incredibly quick, but i am saying that this game needs to boost up a bit atleast.
Make the Ki shots last longer aswell, and by this i mean when firing normal Ki the characters should not stop as much as they do in BT2, but instead continue firing for a longer time.
In one of my previous posts i mentioned the effects on the weather system etc.
I would like to add to this and say that when you are firing any kind of blast repetively, dust clouds should appear and get higher and wider into the air or around you.
This could add to the strategic element of escaping or something similar etc.
Plus make sure all of the voices and text are translated properly.
And try your hardest to get the correct VA/Voice actors, because there are a few like the Supreme Kai's of which are wrong.

I agree with everything you have said DBZ:BT2 FAN. Most especially the rapid blasts, this should not be
a technique in the skill list as this limits how many times warriors can fire blasts at a time. Fire it for as
long as you wish is making it accurate to the Anime. I like the way you stated that all characters
should move in the same exact speed as Burter and even more.

Most definitely, there should be (like I said on Page 1) different quotes for different outcomes, whether
it is powering up, attacking with rapid ki blasts, getting slammed into the ground or thrown into the air,
or stating how you are going to finish off your opponent.

Like I said (and I have to agree with this one) there are things that are too repetitive in this Game
(effect in which warriors power up as well as the way a Saiyan might turn into a Super Saiyan
(muscles, legs, and chest expanding, eyes turning green, hair flowing like they are on fire, etc) with
different ways in which they power up. Also I took the following from Page 7:
Vegeta powering up to fight Cui in the Namek Saga. Also it is the same way Piccolo powers up to fight
Cell in the Imperfect Cell Saga. Notice their body starts to vibrate. The the way Nappa powers up in
the Saiyan Saga is sort of like the way Super Goku powers up in the Frieza Saga. They start to glow.
Then this:
Oozaru (small cutscene that shows the Saiyn looking up at the fake powerball or real Full Moon then as
they transform, they get red glowing eyes, their muscles, legs get bigger with hair growing all over their
body and clothes they are wearing depending on the make should expand with them or rip apart with
them roaring as they get bigger & bigger. This should apply to if the Saiyan is laying down or standing
up & if it is a cliff they are on well you know what happens. They must also have the ability to control
their mentality while in this form.
This should also for Hirudegarn when he transforms into his Final Form
(breaking out of his shell). Or even Frieza (like Cooler) growing bigger muscles & body changes exactly
the way it took place in the Anime.
Plus make sure all of the voices and text are translated properly.
Everyone's voices are great. Especially those like Cell, Omega Shenron, Buu, Cooler, & Broly. Frieza (2nd
Form needs to be more deeper) (3rd Form has to be a mixture of his 1st and 2nd Form).
Do you remember the Frieza Saga where Piccolo & Vegeta's voices were different in comparison to
now? I want that brought back. Just keep everyone's voices the way they are & I will be satisfied.

New ideas DONNY CLAY PLEASE LISTEN!!!!!
1: 4-player multi-player. You could do this or tag-team. You could have up to six people on your team. Those not being played as would be computer characters. Also, you can gang up on someone and that would be funny.
2: Character SPECIAL Levels. They would be spread out through the levels of 999. If you are 50 levels higher than your opponent, you can have the defense brick wall. If you are 100 levels higher you can knock back all but ultimate moves. There would be 20 extreme levels. One level would be equal to 50 normal levels higher.
3: Create-a-character. You decide your race (saiyan, namek, human, android, frieza-race, other-alien [decide over looks], Shadow Dragons, Djinn [Majin Buu type]). Some would have to be bought (such as Shadow Dragons or Djinns). Then you decide your moves. Simple attacks (Kamehameha, Dodom-pa, Galick Gun) would start out as. How about attacks like Dr. Gero's eye laser, and Hirudegarn's fire be controlable because they moved their attacks all over the place in the show and movie, and make all elemental attacks look better and unique to each character.

Broly LegendSSJ you've done a great job on that list:up: but some of those characters are useless, for example I would never use any of the dinassaurs, Upa and some others, also there are what if transformations that I don't like, Brolly SSJ4 and Gotenks SSJ4 to be exact. Overall the list is great and you should create some move list for the less seen characters.
I didn't understand a thing of what you just said.
Also, last time I checked there was Windows95, Windows98, Windows2000, Windows ME, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
A fantastic list there. Who knows, they maybe in there. We will just have to
wait till mid 2007 to see what they say.

Oozaru transformation: If a saiyan (Bardock) transform to an Oozaru, then it shouldn't seem so "harmlessly". I would like to see the saiyan throws a powerball into the air and then he transformed to Oozaru.
And to keep chances, if you fight against a saiyan, booth should transform (without Z Goku, cause he hasn't a tail).

New ideas DONNY CLAY PLEASE LISTEN!!!!!
1: 4-player multi-player. You could do this or tag-team. You could have up to six people on your team. Those not being played as would be computer characters. Also, you can gang up on someone and that would be funny.
2: Character SPECIAL Levels. They would be spread out through the levels of 999. If you are 50 levels higher than your opponent, you can have the defense brick wall. If you are 100 levels higher you can knock back all but ultimate moves. There would be 20 extreme levels. One level would be equal to 50 normal levels higher.
3: Create-a-character. You decide your race (saiyan, namek, human, android, frieza-race, other-alien [decide over looks], Shadow Dragons, Djinn [Majin Buu type]). Some would have to be bought (such as Shadow Dragons or Djinns). Then you decide your moves. Simple attacks (Kamehameha, Dodom-pa, Galick Gun) would start out as.
