3rd Person only?

I'm interested to know if the game will feature the option to switch between first-person & third-person perspective like Oblivion... I really like being able to switch back & forth at will.

You can zoom out to typical rpg distance or zoom in right behind your character for a nice upclose view but no first person unless my french sux and I missed it.

No, you're right, no FP view, only right behind your character with horizontal sight, or 3rd person (nearly above your character in fact), with every step in the middle: when you change the pitch to have a more horizontal view, you get closer to your char (and vice versa ;))

I know its more work to make an RPG have the ability to switch between 1st & 3rd person perspective, but there are times when each has its advantages .... after Oblivion, Gothic 3 & Dark Messiah its not somthing I'm willing to live without.
