Error. - CD Key unregistered [Archive]

what do I need to do to get into Multiplayer NWN2? It keeps saying my CD key is unregistered!

My CD key is registered correctly on the website, and I'm using the same login info in NWN2.

Having the exact same issue. I have registered my CD key both with Atari, and the Bioware Community, and when I click Multiplayer, I get the "unregistered CD key" message. Others are having this issue as well, most are posting in the Bioware Community's Technical Support (Self Help) forum. Any speedy assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Problem solved. Double checked the nwncdkey.ini file in the Neverwinter Nights 2 folder and found a U where a Y should have been. IF you check this though, be sure to back up your original file before making any changes to it, in case it isn't your issue as well.

Worked like a charm bro thanks. had a 9 instead of a 6 ;)
