hi, anyone here running NWN2 on Nvidia 7950 Gx2? I cannot run the game. Whenever I start the program, it gives me an error message saying I have less than 128 mb of video ram. Looks like its not recognizing my video card. Please offer any solution. Thanks

Are you using the newest drivers (came out today)?
What are your profile and global settings?
What partition is the game installed on? How much free space do you have?

It would seem that somehow they have made this game for a very slim minority of people. you have to be above Geforce 5200 but below 7950 with SLI. This stems mainly from MS's inability to have decent API. But nonetheless, I've found out that by disabling my SLI all together from the main Nvidia menu that it has helped a ton. I can't get great framerates with everything cranked out but its decent.
I'd recommend doing that and then try again. Its probably because of your X2 because the GPUs are merged on one card. I on the other hand have the 2 seperate GPUs so its easier to deal with these issues. Sad that they have the Nvidia symbol and all that wipping out there on the intro. But yet it's not designed for very many Nvidia products to begin with, lol.
So until they update NWN2 so we can play with SLI enabled this is going to be a tough game to play for most people because of slim minority of systems they have designed the game for. its not even designed for EAX 4, like NWN1 was... go figure :/

I am also running a 7950 GX2. Not having any problems at all. It was even running good before I updated to the latest Nvidia drivers. Personally, I would take a look at bios updates for your motherboard. The 7950 is not compatable with a bunch of MBs. Sounds strange, but when I got my new rig, my ASUS P5B would not work with it out of the box, I had to wait for a bios update to have it correctly find my 7950.
Good Luck!
