It's a little northwest of the VW dealership. It isn't too hard to find if you use the map in the manual as a guide.
Just be sure to bring lots of money- Ferrari tuning gets rather expensive...

lol i guess not.. but everything there is expensive! like for a gallarado convert. i think its around 130K (stg. 3)! sure, i guess i real life thats how much u'd pay 2 tune a lambo, and i got to tune it eventually, but when ur first starting out and when u buy a ferrari/ lambo or such, its like WOW THATS EXPENSIVE! i think that my vipers only costed around 50K each to tune. (stg. 3)

Try tuning a class A. Be it an Enzo Ferrari, Lamborghini Murcielago, McLaren F1, Koenigsegg, etc., a stage 3 tuning job will run you $300,000.
It seems the tuning packages are (for the most part) priced by class- class F cars aren't that expensive to tune, class A cars are murderous (but still well worth it). With some cars, you will spend as much tuning it as it cost to buy. Still, though, the only cars I haven't tuned are the ones I haven't driven (or the ones you can't tune like the Mercedes DTM or the Ford Mustang GT-R concept). Having that extra speed/handling/braking can make the difference between just barely pulling out a win in races and blowing them all away in a race that's limited to a specific vehicle.
