Firstly other than the massive ammounts of custom scenery that have came out there is a thing used in most parks that i can't seem to find on these forums.

Smaller/Resizable? billboards!

Where the hell are they, someone tell me how its done please! I can't find any links. (Havn't had a major look):D

It's some custom billboards made by Iceatcs. Just search him in the Member's List, and look for the link to his CS mirror in his sig.
