Which set/where can i find these following scenery sets?

1. This billboard/sign. Does it have custom billboards to make your own sign?

First billboard: Vodhin's vermont set.

Rocks: Rockworx or whatever it's called, by Composerboy I believe.

Second Bilboard: I'm pretty sure that's from Catvish Cove by Shyguy.
