I have saw other have done tournaments so i am gonna do one here are the rules
1. All Character can be choosen twice. this means if someone picks SSJ4 Vegeta someone else can choose SSJ4 Vegeta also.
2. If you want a fused Character like SSJ4 Gogeta that means that SSJ4 Vegeta and SSJ4 Goku have been Choosen once each which means they can only be choosen another once.
3. Fused characters like SSJ4 Gogeta can only be choosen once, this doesn't mean that Gogeta can be picked he can.
4. if someone picks SSJ Goku that means SSJ2 Goku can still be choosen twice.
Thats the only rules i have, the tournament will begin on 16/11/06 which is this thursday, if however there isn't enough entrants i will pospone this until sunday which is the 19th. Now the minimum entrants will be 10 and the max will be 40 if there is 40 entrants however there will be two stages of preliminary matches to cut this to 20.
You can now start picking you're characters.
