4. I will pick random for stage.

5. I will draw numbers out of a hat for matchups.

55 or lower. If you only have characters greater than this you should make a lower one if you want to join. I think this is more interesting than higher lv. fighting. It's my first tourney...The next one will be twice as high probably. Dude...you can't say you only have stronger characters...I'm sure you have some weakling. It's not like it's that hard to make a lv. 55 anyway.
