I was instant for me @ fileplanet. Make sure you check the user agreements on the page with your birthdate verification and fileplanet login. There are a couple of things that have to be checked.

You can do it over and over. I also noticed it you do not have many games checked in the first page it will not give you a key. They must want experience beta testing.
