We were starting to get a lot of these on the I-War2 forum Dread' - although not nearly as smart. Is the first post really a spam?

Anyway, I implemented a CAPTCHA element into the registration process, whereby you have to enter in a group of letters from a slightly corrupted image before you are accepted.

Seems to be working so far.

After I replied, the opening post was edited to a bunch of spam links that I had to remove.

We get the same thing on Zelaron, and we have registration image verification. I guess since we have so many posts, we're on the special list for a human to register a name for the bots :(.
