I got my buddy interested in Test Drive Unlimited and he went out and purchased it. We've been playing hours on end the last couple of days with that! (addicting!).

Viva Pinata has gotten a fair share of time put into it... and then as always.... the XBLA games on there.

Test Drive Unlimited is a very good game to be fair and thats not me speaking with my Atari hat on. What it tried to achieve was brilliant. I dont think the execution was as good as it could have been and it certainly had some early start up issues. But so did most 360 game. Its a visually stunning game on HD and the gameplay is very very solid.

His biggest gripe (as it appears many have) is the controlling issue. I told him to turn off (or adjust) the driving assistant.... and he was relieved at how much it made a difference.

I laughed when we was on the phone talking about it because he was like "It actually did something, it worked!" as in a lot of games you have the option to change a setting and it does little to nothing.

He had to hit 4 different retailers before actually finding a copy (2 Meijers and 2 Wal*Marts) I had directed him to the one I purchased my copy from (as they had 5 copies at the time). I'm guessing they probably sold fairly well this holiday season being an inexpensive "Power Without the Price" higher quality 360 title. Money wise, I feel it's one of the best 360 games I've purchased yet!

Lost Planet seems to be a rocking game and apparently it's going to be better than GoW.

It just has to be Rainbow Six at the moment. It's just so addictive online. Just don't play attack and defend.

That mase is a BEAST! Haha, now I see why the developers took it out of the game, it defeats the whole challange of the game. I used up all the charge in it and I cant afford to recharge it. I didnt get a chance to get the sigil stones because I was a vampire and needed to get out of the sun fast. Great stuff.

Been playing alot of the Godfather. Then again that's probably because I'm such a huge fan.

I'm just upset you can't get 1000gp on it, it caps out at like 875 or something like that.
