collision detection(?)

After I go around 130+ mph I can't hit other player cars. I go right through them. I can hit NPC cars but not other people's. Same if the other player cars are going that fast. Sucks because I was trying to do motorcycle stunts but I would go right through them. Happen to anyone else?

I notice this happen only when travelling in the opposite direction at high speed.

its lag + crappy servers.
The other cars are actually several feet ahead/behind the last location you see on your screen.
