Which one is the best, Byukagan or Sharingan?

I'm sure this has been debatted for years now but which is the best between the clans of Hyuuga or Uchiha? Because somewhere somebody said that the Uchiha clan was the best, but somehow the Hyuuga clan is the Konoha trump card? And what about their famed bloodline limits, the Sharingan and the Byukagan, which of those is the most powerful?

I believe Byu is better overall but might prefer having Sharingan. Sharingan is more physically appealing than constipation face. ;) However it's always great to hear other people's views on this with strong backed up arguments. :cool:

This is no contest. Sharingan is superior to Byakugan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is one of (if not the) strongest Bloodline limit in the series, for obvious reasons, I don't need to explain why.

I'll be more specific in my opinion then...

Only advantage of the sharingan is the ablility to copy and sharingan can't copy most of Hyuuga techniques effectively.
Sharingan doesn't have power of insight. Byakugan does. Sharingan has the power to predict movements. Lot of your argument is based on this which is inaccurate.

359 vision is another edge for Byakugan and allows to overcome almost any advantage in speed an opponent has. Lee has NEVER beaten Neji even once!

I would prefer the power of intuition over the ability to predict movements. Speed overcomes the ablility to predict movement.

It also seems like byakugan develops faster. Super genious Itachi took 8 years for realizing sharingan and a normal genious Sasuke took 12 years. I wonder how long a normal uhchiha takes to realize sharingan? Do they ever achieve it in their lifetime even?

Byakugan also allows the ability to see chakra points that uhchihas can't. Another reason why their hand to hand combat style is so feared.

Byakugan also allows to see things very far away.

Btw cd, Tsukuyomi and God of the sun, those are exclusive to Itachi currently and should not be considered in the decision of which blood line is better. The reason is that Itachi is the most talented ninja in the Naruto world. If Itachi was born a Hyuuga then who know what other blood line limits related to Byakugan he could have created???
Sharingan cannot copy hyuuga's jutsu, sharinga's genjutsu also wouldnt work against hyuuga (they dont see eyes. they see only two chakra points) this black flame jutsu would (I think) penetrate kaiten but the hyuuga are very fast and they can predict attack and if the attack miss, Uchiha is beaten (black fire move uses lots of chakra). Only one hit is needed to kill so in close range fight uchiha dont have chance in my opinion and kaiten dont use much of the chakra. (neji was doing it many times. and he did it to stop shurikens, which he would be able to dodge).

Tss, the only thing the Byakugen is is a scope that shows the tenketsus. Nothing more. What's the point of seeing the tenketsus, if when you try to attack, your opponent can see your attack and dodge?

The Sharingan is obviously the superior bloodline trait.

Yea,When you see the Tenketsus,only if you hit to the plcs accurately,it'll do damage,Sharingan and Uchiha's pwnage.
