Finally got a Jaguar

I recently completed my Atari console collection with a Jaguar and Jag CD.

It came with 16 games and I've been having a blast playing it.

I'd like to track down some more games, particulary for the CD, but I can't seem to find a game list. What's considered good for this console?

I got Alien vs. Predator, Brutal Sports Football, Cybermorph, Iron Soldier, Kasami Ninja, NBA Jam, Power Drive Rally, Raiden, Supercross 3d, Tempest 2000, Trevor McFur, Troy Aikman Football, and Wolfenstein cartidges, and Blue Lightning, Myst and Vid Grid on CD.

Any recommendations would be appriciated.

Then ones which are not that easy to find: Battlesphere Gold, Atari Karts, Gorf...

I would also recommend Syndicate, Doom , Ultra Vortek but it really depends on what you like. You already have great games like AvP or Iron Soldier.

Missile Command 3D and Super Burnout are two ESSENTIAL games. :up:

Good to know. I figured the CD version would be better.

I got the Highlander game in the mail last night. Talk about a disappointment! I'm a big Highlander fan and that's not what I was expecting. Oh well.

Yeah, Highlander could have been much better. We have wondered if the 2nd and 3rd installations of the games would be better, but we'll never know. :(

Looks like you have a lot of the good titles - T2k and AvP are excellent games. Doom is a great game on the Jaguar - it's darker than the PC version (maybe the term gritty is a better way to describe it) and it has networking support. IS2, BattleMorph, Braindead 13 and World Tour Racing. For cart I'd also recommend Super Burnout, Power Drive Rally and the upcoming MadBodies. :)

It's not about the technology in the game. Its about what they did to the story line. :(
