You could start reading the beginner's tutorial for the importer, it has a bit of information on where to start. What's your first language, it doesn't seem to be English? If you're from Canada, I assume it's French, so start here (http://rct3.sourceforge.net/tutorials/beginner_tutorial.fr.html).

Thanks Belgabor.
I'm sorry and I tried to learn english. My parents are lost when I was 11 year old in 1992 from road accident. I don't have a family only I have one uncle. I been homeless by myself when I was kid since 1992 after my parents died. I'm runaway from foster mother and I am enjoy to be alone. when I was first high school in 1995 with my friend. my friend's parents can take care of me. Now I am going to English Class at College. I'm not Canada. Just English, little bit Spanish and little bit French Language. I never read since 1996. now I was a first read in 1997. I'm pretty poor and I try to understand careful with language. I'm doing good and I'm going to college tomorrow for the english class. Thank you.
You're got it, Thank you.

That wasn't meant as a criticism (English also isn't my first language), I just assumed from your location :)
Anyways, I'd recommend you to read the first chapter of the beginner's tutorial, in English (http://rct3.sourceforge.net/tutorials/beginner_tutorial.html) or French (http://rct3.sourceforge.net/tutorials/beginner_tutorial.fr.html), whatever you understand better.
Once you've decided which modeller you want to use, I recommend you to search on google for tutorials in the language you understand best. I don't know for other modellers, but I've seen tutorials for Blender in English, German, French and Spanish, probably there are even more in other languages.
