Importer problem

All my CS has been going fine, except this sign I've made. As you can see, it doesn't like my ASE file. I started from scratch, tried again and still got the problem. i've tried moving files around, but nothing works. help?

First, restart the importer and try again. If it still doesn't work, upload it somewhere and pm me the link, I'll have a look.
