You're doing better than me. I came as far as placing the object in the game, but it's ten times to big and RCT3 crashes, without the haunted error.
I don't know what you should do, except keep trying.

Confuzzled- Lots of people have the no svd for sid error
even though they have installed it correctly- It can be because
the creator made a mistake or for some other reasons
I have this problem with the 'WESTERN' set- I know that it's installed
correctly but I still get the error
Another reason can be because of your zip program- It can sometimes
install some things but not everything- It can just be a case of installing
it again
Good luck- I hope that you get all of your No svd for sid problems
sorted out

It might work if you re-download the same file from the
same site- For some reason Zip doesn't always download the
whole thing
There are unfortunatly similar problems on Shyguy's site- You have
to download the files twice alot of the time
Also- Notice my post count!

Also make sure it is being unzipped properly. I have had issues using the default windows "compress" program, and have switched to using WinRAR instead.

Wow, back when I got this error, there was only one straight answer. It was my fault. I wish I could have had the comfort of the slight possibility that I wasn't a total screwup. :p ;)

Please also remember when you say it is "installed correctly," that 90% of the time people say this, thinking that it's true, but the CS set has in fact not, actually, been installed correctly. The most common error is people unpacking into the wrong folder. This usually has to do with choosing the wrong option in their unzip package. In some zip programs you will want to uninstall to "here", in their menu. In others you will need to install to a folder, and then possibly (or perhaps not), move it.
The easiest way to diagnose this would be to post some screenshots (no more than 800 px wide please) of your style/themed folder in explorer, and also of the folders with the CS in them.
I strongly recommend those having problems post some screenshots of your folders here and let us take a look.
The most common case is that you will see one or more .ovl files in your Themed folder. If you see even one of these directly in Themed, it means something was installed incorrectly. Themed should ONLY have folders in it, and no .ovl files (those should be in the subfolders within Themed).

That's wrong, make that 99,9%. There were only a very few sets that were released with an mistake the creator made leading to this error and afaik all have been corrected. Maybe there are one or two left, but probability is high that you made an installation error.
Please read http://rct3.sourceforge.net/tutorials/install_cs.html

Well you have more experience at this than I do... call it 99.9% then. :)
To the people needing help, Bel and I are not trying to give you a hard time, nor are we calling you liars. We know you think you installed your CS items correctly. It's just that, as Bel says, except in very very rare cases, these errors you are reporting can really only happen from installation mistakes. And, it's the case that the way zip programs work, it can be very easy to accidentally install the CS set into 1 folder level too high or too low in your hierarchy. The fact is we've probably all done that at least once. I know I have.
In other words, "no svd" is the games way of saying, "This set was not installed correctly." So the most reasonable thing to do is look for possible install issues.
Again, if you guys want to post your /style/themed folders as screenshots and let us take a look I'd be happy to, and I bet Belgabor will also.

I agree with that. And I didn't give the link to annoy you, it's more detailed than the other guides, if you follow it exactly you should get it to work.
It would also help if you said which sets you have problems with, so we could tell you if those need special attention.
