Basically, this guy has average luck with his Xbox 360 (2 dead in less then a year). He has thus discovered that Microsoft has lowered their customer service experience. Now he is "sticking it" to them by shipping them the biggest damn box he can find, because current policy says they have to ship it back. He is thinking steel shipping container big!

I so want to see this go all they way through. Just read the story, its awesome.

Funny, but he didn't seem to understand (or want to understand) that Microsoft has the right to change the terms of agreement at any time.

Ehh, I'm not so sympathetic. Microsoft has the right to change the terms of agreement at anytime, and he should accept that. he agreed to that when he bought the 360. Being courteous may sound nice, but if MS wants to stop dicking around and being ultra-chivalrous, let them go ahead and do it.

Well, it kind of varies. On the one hand there's him, and on the other hand there's the guy praying to God since he's still on his launch console.

Wow. What a case that was!

With all this going on, I hope Microsoft starts to get serious & checks every last one of their Consoles for the forseeable future.
