Good News: I successfully imported my first Custom Scenery Object!
Bad News: When I place my 1h wall ontop of my 3h wall, the 1h wall texture is all squished and it doesn't match with my 3h wall

You need to UV-map it correctly. You mapped the whole texture to the 1h piece, map it corresponding to the face's aspect ratio.

You need to remap the 1 high wall to use only part of the texture - best to find a texture that maps to a 1 high wall and then make the other wall heights simply repeat X number of times.
In MilkShape, you can make all your wall segments as different groups (meshes) in a single model, then select all gourps, and use the tile textur mapper to remap all sections all at once... really easy...

I'm planning on using another method for higher version LODs and that is having four separate faces on each "main" side on a 4h wall. Each one has the full texture, and when the corresponding 3h walls get created, it would only have 3 planes and the pieces would match up. I only suggest it for higher LODs as wall pieces are often used.

OK, I got it to look right in Blender (I didn't unwrap before) and I saved, exported to ASE, saved the ASE, created a new OVL for the 1h wall, including the newly saved ASE. When I open the game, everything's still squished. What happened?

I suspect an error along the way, eg exporting the wrong object, using the wrong ase, using the wrong ovl or forgetting to install.

I might have used the wrong ase, I'll go back and check. Thanks!
