has anyone else gotten this? I have summited a ticket and all the say is this
Thank you for contacting FilePlanet support!
We would like to offer the following suggestions based on the subject of your ticket request:
The security code set in the graphic background is necessary to protect the keys. It is something that your firewall or other security programs will block.
Please try the following:
Disable your firewall (if any)
Disable your ad blocker (if any)
Close all but one browser window
Empty your browser cache
Empty temporary internet files
Close all Internet Explorer windows
Restart Internet Explorer
and try again.
Please note: Disabling your pop up blocker or firewall is for testing purposes only. To see if those indeed block cookies etc...
Please re-enable them after a successful attempt at correcting your issue.
We are unable to assist you in configuring your browser or internet security to produce the code. This is outside our abilities and is only managable from your side.
We cannot bypass this therefore you must configure or obtain assistance from a technician or your ISP in what may be blocking you.
Thank you !

Yea. Got this problem as well. The picture just wrote invalid code. Tried doing what they suggested but still not working. Got a key through a friend but the problem now is the client and you need to register for a key before you can download the client from FP. Very annoying. :bulb:

Log this issue into Fileplanet support. They are solely responsible the the keys and downloads. We can give some hints, but they have the resources to address this issue - Sorry.

thanks, i want to ask this question, if you register and tried the beta signup with a different browser?because i had registered my fileplanet account long time ago and now when i use other browsers, i still have troubles. about the fileplanet support, it's useless, they put up a notice that their server was down and even if i really did messaged them, they'll give me no solutions.
i remember some guy here have already posted the email he receive for the solutions, tried and none work.
okay tried ur firefox and didn't work also.

Have you contacted your ISP to see if there is an issue with the security code being filtered out?

i couldn't be bothered to, because my isp is one of the most popular isp in my country, went to my country's forum and some also get the error. i really wish that code could be taken away or that they could change the format used
i also find this funny, i wonder why the browser can display "invalidcode" but not my code, it's a picture isn't it?
wow, today i was seriously shocked, i went to my inbox and received a email from fileplanet.com and it contains a link!!!!i presss it and is now waiting in line to download the file.
