They won't put it on the old Xbox because it's meant to be a graphically very impressive game, and the Xbox couldn't handle it.

I know the guys at my Gamestop really well so they let me preorder it and said they'd move it over to the official list once the date is announced. :D

Yep, that's probably what I am going to do. But a word of adive, buy it before the PlayStation 3 comes out. The PS3 is selling for a lot and I think that Xbox are going to bump up their price to rake in more money.

i doubt it, halo 3 is one of their was of making you buy the 360. they are thinking of launching it on November 17 (ps3 launch date) so it will set the ps3 launch back a little...

if you are talking graphics wise maybe but thats just for the 360. just look at the screen shots of the ps3. you'll be amazed...

On the console platform that is. There are ton of better games on the PC. Half-Life, Counter-Strike series, FEAR, to name a few. I would also like to promote Resident Evil as a good 3rd person. Strategy would be AOE.

It's hard to determine the 'best game ever' there are just too many nominees in too many categories.

Kane and Lynch, Army of Two, Gears of War, and Lost Planet will beat the pants off of Assassin's Creed (which isn't even exclusive..), Resistance, Warhawk, and MGS4. Actually, I'm pretty sure that MGS4 will be awesome, but there are just too many games that are no longer exclusive for PS3.

Why would I buy one system for Halo and one system for say, GTA, when I could buy ONE system and have both? Precisely. I wouldn't.

I had a bet with my mate that the feed back system des not work on xbox live. he left 3000 cheating feed backs on me and i got banned from halo 2 fr a week lmao it really does work. well looks i lost the bet

I get cheated against all the time. A lot of the time I don't even care and just let myself get murdered. I'm really laid back when I game so sometimes I even just talk to the modders. Standbyers are wicked annoying though..

Haha! No kidding! With some mods you don't have a chance. Other mods you can at least get a few kills, and if you do, you have to be pretty good (one time I stuck one of those modders with that super speed and super jump thing. It was nuts.) But standbying is retarded, nobody can play at all.

I've played against a modder once who killed us while we spawned. We spawned like 30 feet in the air and died as we were falling. Stuck, sniped, all kinds of bs on Warlock. :eek:
