by that you mean animated gif,

find the file you wish to use, resize it using a programme like ulead gif animator (to 85x85) and ensure the filesize is under 19.5kb then upload it via the user cp

photoshop is best for graphic design,

look around a few back pages of the graphics forum, i made a tutorial on how to make animated gifs, its for avatars, but all u have to do is change the sizes and it will work on a signature

Adobe Photoshop is more for design. Adobe Imageready is for animation.
