Stuck in the -Join Allies- Quest ( going to the center island)

the game crushed to the desktop in the middle of a loading.
The new quest appears in the main story ( Join the Aliies ) and i m supposed to reach the island in the middle of the map but i do not know how.

Can somebody help ?
