It's quite simple: Come up with a premise for the storyline, and tell us about it. It can be a serious attempt at something that could actually turn up in the final product, or it could be a parody. Either way, I'll read it. Alright, I'll go first!
Godzilla's swimming around the Pacific Ocean when all the sudden, he gets a terrible stomach ache. He decides he swim to America and... "unload" on the New Yorkers. He finally reaches the shore, and the Vortaak have returned! They've also brainwashed all of your friends, and befriended your enemies.
Fight your way through the US, down to Mexico, and into the Amazon. There, you must fight Rodan and snap him out of his trance. Once he comes to his senses, he flies you to Japan, where you and he spin dash your way to the Vortaak Mothership's landing area (because Rodan is suddenly psychic and knows exactly where it is, even though according to his storyline, he was hanging out in Canada). After battling it out with the Vortaak Mothership, while dodging Spacegodzilla, Orga and the two Machegodzillas, you finally find out who the true nemesis behind this invasion is: IT'S ROBOTNIK!
You run through loopty-loops and jump over sets over spikes until you reach Egypt. There, you duke it out with every monster ever in a Godzilla movie (including Rodan, who has been brainwashed again). Once you are defeated, you absorb the power of the Chaos Emeralds and become BURNING GODZILLA! The setting is totally awesome for this battle, because you're constantly kicking up sandstorms, and you beams blow sand in the air (Moses style, like with the parting of the waves), and then turns the sand to glass with its incredible heat. The shards fly every which way and do minor damage.
If you manage to defeat all of your enemies, Robotnik presses a big, red button and the Pyramids open up. Super Godzilla and Bagan come out, and you have to blast both of them away. Once that happens, Robotnik uses his Fake Emeralds to recharge all of the monsters again, including Super Godzilla and Bagan, and you have to fight all of them again. Once you defeat them, Robotnik escapes to his Death Egg Zone.
With his powerful set of lungs, Godzilla rockets himself after Robotnik and reaches the mad scientist. There, he unleashes 20 clones of Super Godzilla, 20 clones of Bagan and 28 clones of Burning Godzilla, and you have to take them all down at once. After the grueling battle, Robotnik escapes to the Space Colony Ark, and the Death Egg explodes.
Once again using your Atomic Ray, you propell yourself after the antagonist. There, he dispatches his final defense, Kamacuras! After you defeat it, one of its huge claws slams into a massive window that Robotnik stands behind, and he gets sucked out into space and pops. Godzilla eats the floating mass of blood and blubber and gets another stomach ache. "Oh well, back to America!" Godzilla exclaims excitedly, voiced by Warwick Davis.
