Gamera the anime is supposed to release on the Cartoon Network this spring. I have been trying to monitor for any new information.

If you don't know what Gamera is, its a science fiction creation of a giant turtle who is an Earth defender on the scale of Godzilla size and has often been rumored by Godzilla fans to see a desired fight meeting between the two.

Gamera is awesome and I am a big fan of it.

Gamera sounds interesting, but what is BLOOD+.BLOOD+ about?

Blood is about Vampires, so I suppose Blood+ is also about them.

If you enjoy DBZ, you should definately check out Yu Yu Hakasho, Bleach, & several others. Including Gatchaman, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, etc.

You're too late for Eureka seveN.

BLOOD+ is about a "vampire" (she's actually just a Chiropteran, but vampire is more convenient) named Saya, and he battle against Chiropterans and her sister eventually.

Sweet! I hope Gamera translates to anime well.

Eureka Seven is a Mecha show sort of similar to the Gundam series, with young protaganists who like each other (even though Eureka may not be a human girl). I tried to watch it, but quickly lost interest, maybe cause it's on so late.

In no way do I see it similar to Gundam. You probably got bored with it because you couldn't slow your mind down enough to just enjoy it? Thats a common problem people have with shounen.
