Does anyone know where i can download paths for custom scenery objects? Is it possible to download paths?

Wrong forum, go to the Exchange, and click on custom scenery. There you will find the answer.

Custom Paths are impossible (I think) to make. But there are path covers that you can put over the paths to make them look better. Shyguy's mainstreet 4 set has some great path covers.
