Editor and custom challenge?

I can make my own custom single player races but i cant find them anywhere?
So basically i can only make them, then test but i cant actually race...

Go to any Lisa's Dinner Location.
When you enter youll see a tab to up load your challenge...

i cant enter the lisa diners though, cant even see them on the map...

Do i need to be in multiplayer mode for this?

Oh sorry for the confusion,
Yes you have to be in Multi-Player

confusing though, since the races i made were "single player" :s

I never did figure out how to make a race... I came close a couple of times... but when it came time to test them... for some reason I was never able to do it...
