Dunno but it has the swastika on the arm, and doing the 'salut'. By dont know I mean dunno who it is.

I wont change it, becouse it's a painting that my cousin did, and it's against the natzis, if you can see theres a clowns nose in the painting

I'm glad, that it is against nazis - would love to see the picture -
but at this small size it isN't really clear - it is mistaken as pro nazi. so did i and so will do a lot of people.
