This pack is gonna feature various CS pieces that will aid people in their park building. I am no great designer, although I do enjoy designing parks and my current park (Parque Del Oro) is going really well, and I am enjoying it. Heres the plan:
I have made some pieces, some to aid me in my park, others because I think that they look kool, others because I saw them in the Request thread. I have called it 'Community Pack' because hopefully lots of you can add your items to the list, and I make them, so everyone can get their piece. Try and make it a piece that could be useful for more than 1 person. A request for a sign saying 'A Coaster by Bob' is not gonna be done, whilst a sign saying 'Danger, Keep Out' will be done. (The Danger sign is on my list of items to do :)). So add your items. I can do Signs, Path Tiles, Items, Lights (I am gonna do lots of lights :)). The only thing is, before requesting a path tile please check because Aceana may have done it in one of her Packs, I know she was annoyed and nearly quit because of others copying her work. If another creator has already created an object, I will not make it again. Also, please give a detailed description of your item, and a pic would be great :)
For the benifit of Love~Tulie and others: The community does not have to decide on which objects are made, just request! Obviously if you disagree with a suggestion please post, but anyone can request, and ATEOTD I will decide what I decide to model.

these very quickly.

As I always say to you- I love the iems but you should find criticism

The story book sign is at an angle which is not your fault, it's because
of the textures. If you can't find any suitable ones, I might go there
quite soon (On the train!)

The work you did for the Story book sign was very good but you
will get bonus points if you bent the planes! The actual sign bends round
like a scroll.

Those are the two things tht I hink need to be sorted out but overall- this
is a great set and I am definatley going to be following it. Good luck with
it and I am looking forward to seeing another update.

Thanks, I have only been once to AT. So the sign is straight, and the sides curl in? A pic would be great :)

I'll have to google some images, but things like the Old Woman's Shoe House, an entrance in the form of a bunch of books stacked up, the 3 Little Pigs Homes, Rapunzel's Tower. There's a lot of Storybook-type parks in the USA that are themed like this.

Also - in your first post you show the in-game awning. It's a full tile. Anyway to make one that matches it that's only half a tile wide, so it can be placed above a window or door?

Well shyguy made awnings, but I might do, but it would be hard to make it line up exactly. As for the signs, you give me the signs and I shall make them!


I was bored, so I made a path with caustics effect, it looks great! (I'll get a vid soon) I am also making a path with a light on each corner.

All of it is recolourable apart from the little 'nuts' on the top. It aligns to quarter square, so yes, it will line up with Steelworx, I'll get a pic of it later.

And here was one thing I though could be interesting with these objects. Now I know you still aren't that experienced with CS but I though it would be cool to animate these. Like, do it like the cook's doors. Where like they move when the coaster goes into a certain spot. Now if you can't animate them, then thats fine.

What I mean with what I want is, I know Zepplin made launch "fins" for stormrunner and stratacoaster, what I am asking is something like that, but for each of the coasters with gentile break hills, so it would need to be angled. The second picture is something I would like to see made.

If you need any more clarification, I will get a pic from RCT3 with what I mean.

The curved roofs look nice. I don't recommend putting 4 lights on one small object. It will cause a lot of flickering. Only put more than one light on quite large objects. Good luck.

I don't need anything, but I just want to challenge you. How about a ride operator's booth than can fit over the attraction entrance ticket thingy so that if you make a raised floor station (as in the floor around it is the same height as the trains and not at the base of the track.)

It would allow you to build Rider Operator booths and block out the eyesore sticking out of the ground at the same time.

You can use various coasters to make that effect. If you need them on straight land the wooden coaster looks alright.

Unfortunately no. Some real life issues and school work are catching up. Not in the best state of mind to work ATM. I dont want to discuss the issues I have here, so dont bother asking. A head taller than a grownup peep seems best..

(I've first looked at the wizzard location and that's in a cave. The other locations are at houses and buildings, so it's more easy to estimate there.:) )

I agreed with Jonnyears. I think you would like it too, if someone they "Thank You" for your Boxes-Set in a few month. If your thread goes on the next page, then update your thread and it will be again on the first page.

When I try to download it to style/themed, it says "unable to create the folder themed". Is there any reason why my computer is doing this?

Perhaps you don't have an administrator account in Windows? If you are using Vista and you don't have permissions, you may not be able to create a folder...but I'm just guessing as I use XP and will for another couple of years...
Edit: On rethinking, I am wondering, do you have to create a new folder. I haven't downloaded any CS for a while, I think the folder should already exist. So perhaps you are trying to extract to the wrong location...
