dvd version working or not?

can anyone tell me if the dvd version of this game works ok or not as the download version is crap if it works ill get one off ebay or something.

For some, including me, it works perfect (except when my processor gets too warm it lags abit), and for some, it works bad or not at all..

I have dvd and it works the way you expect it to work.
The game runs smooth for me at 4x anti alias, and textures on low.
