How to buy the downloadable version??

i got an email where it was written that the digial delivery version was already out... i followed the link (http://www.atari.com/us/games/test_drive_unlimited/dvd_rom) but the only button i see is pre-order and if i click there it takes me to a page where i can buy the physical delivery version...
is it because i'm outside us (if it so it has no sense since i can't buy it anyway cause they only ship to america...)?

No sir -- The link is not active yet ... The download will be available when tested/approved by Atari.

I got the email too :). It looks like a pre-programmed offer email from digital river. Sorry for the confusion. Mattlab and crew are in today. So, check for updates. I would hope that it will be available soon.

The download (when available) can be ordered by non-US residents.

I ordered the game today, but not from Atari website. Will I be able to access the downloadable version too?

The situation is really confusing.

At the moment it will be US resident only. There is extra setup work that will have to be done in order for it to be availiable to non-US residents and we will investigate if we can do that early next week.

Ordering the game will not necessarily give you access to the download. They are two different products and as such both must be purchased. If you want to download the game then please wait just a little bit longer till we make it availiable on Atari.com/us

Moreover I'm a UK resident. The release date here is the 16th, so I will certainly have my copy before the downloadable version is available for EU.
