The signs in the pictures arent very good. You might want to get a better picture of them , or they will look horrible in-game.

Hello, i need some help:

i just created that, like 1hour of work and i was wondering if theres anyway someone can convert it so i can run it trough the importer(once i learn)
and i do not know the sizes for sketchup, anyone know where that fule is so i can scale it down??

I wouldn't reccomend you use sketchup, items can turn out a bit dodgy or have extra faces. But if you want to, Belgabor made a script so you can export to ASE straight from sketchup.
I think Dasmatze made a grid for sketchup that had RCT3 squares on, but I'm not sure. But if you used blender...:D

:up: :up: :D :D OMFG A DOUBLE POST, I DONT CARE, I GOT MY FIRST PIECE OF CS IN RCT3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im realy excited. it was the size of the hole map and over on its side and when i placed it my rct3 crashed, but i got what i always wanted. i need to do some stuff tomorrow and size it down and try to get it upright.
if you have the sizes for blender, how many blender squares = 1 rct3 squares, that would be helpfull
and how do i make it upright??:pout:

I remebr that feel when you get your first object imported, its awesome :D Im gld you got it to work and congrats on your first imported peice :D What exporter are you using?? If you are using Birtun to convert the files to ASE file types then I noticed that my positioning got messed up when i used Britun. And also 1 square in RCT3 is equal to 16 of the sqaure in Blender. Heres a cube that is one square in RCT3:

To get them upright you need to use the 'Fix Orientation' button in the importer. I think it is when you add the model.

in the importer click create Ovl, than in the models box click +
finally click edit in the next screen, and under special you will see fix orientation hope that helps

Well, start up the importer (I am using v17fix1) and then click 'create ovl.'
Then add your textures. Then when you are adding the model do this: (hopefully the pic will work, its pretty big)

Then just add your ASE and texture (s) and carry on as normal :)
