i dont care what car u got, im all into cruising and racing, i mostly just get a fast car or any car and cruise around the island and look for more new things to find. im goin to try to make a clan called the East Side Mafia that cruises around the most so if ur in to cruising and would like to join a club, than give me a holla and i'll get at u. if u got a ps3, my name is CashMoney81.

I think that's a 360/PC feature, bros ... you are the pres of a club when you win it, but you can't create it. The testers were given that power ... yeah!!!!
