The only ssj4 form in the game is for Goku. Vegeta's max form is Majin.

Actually while i was trying to make a modification for shin budokai another road i found a ssj4 vegeta model of his tail. So they probably were planing on adding him. The model said SSJ4_veg_tail.

Really?! Hmmm...I can't wait for the next part...But how do you modificate it, then? what program do you use?

you download the iso and then extract it. All the files are in there. I forgot the program you can use, because i couldnt modify that much so i stopped. The most you can really do is change who has which move. Ex: Goku doing father son kamehameha, or vegeta doing spirit bomb, and etc...

EDit: The pogram is called afsexplorer.

You cant edit the models yet though.

An iso is just the compressed version of the games that you usually get when you download the game from torrents.

If he played the actual game, and got every character to SSJ4 Goku(who is usually the last character for good guys to get(exception:SSJ4 Gogeta if he is in the game)) then he would relise that Vegeta SSJ4 isnt in the game.
